I have called this source twice and left messages with no contact back. I also stood for 15 minutes to purchase paint. No greeting, no can I help you, nothing. A friend of mine asked one of the two guys in the paint area if we could get some help. One guy States that it's not his department and he's just there chatting with department employee. The department employees still never addressed us so we left. I found another store to meet my needs and I will not frequent Lowe's again for lack of customer service. I realize the outsource for installation isn't their fault per say, but being affiliated with a service that does not call the customer back is bad service.

We called Blueridge and they told us we would have to contact the manufacturer. They didn't offer to have someone come and look at the stove, nor did they offer ANY advice. We finally found Appliance Grandmasters, who came out and fixed the stove. Turns out, the problem was that the fan had been damaged during transit! The repairman was able to fix it in 15 minutes! Hats off to Appliance Grandmasters. HIGHLY recommend them! As for Blueridge, absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! And, our salesperson, Lewis, is absolutely worthless.

I'm sure all the cosmetic issues after taking the old door out and putting a new one in is not the installer responsibility but still not pleased with the install. This is what happens when you're trying to take care of things for your parents and you live 3000 miles away. This was another lesson learned at my expense.

The nice guy who waited on me carried the potting soil that I had bought all the way to the end of the parking lot and put the bag in my floor board! I offered to pull my car closer to the loading zone but this nice man told me that was unnecessary and that he didn't mind at all! While I was in a brief conversation with the person who took care of me I was informed that business there was really good and that they were doing expansion!
