I had hesitations about going on this day, as I was dressed for running errands. I also like the similar clothing line of a nearby store, but upon entering that store though dressed in that brand and coming from a professional job, I was given a once over and cold and curt "Hi". When visiting Chico's, I was immediately greeted with two friendly welcomes. I was also soon personally greeted and subsequently chatted with an employee about a current sale, the sizing configuration, etc. I was impressed with the arrangement and displays of the merchandise, the availability of a range of sizes, and the overall atmosphere. Though I was not dressed as a typical or really even a potential customer, I greatly appeciate the genuine hospitality to the ladies working on 6/23. I will be returning regularly to this shop!

On my last trip here with them, I noticed a lot of things were on sale. This time not so! On my previous visit ; I actually bought a discounted bottle of hand lotion that didn't smell too feminine! It actually smells fresh! I posted a picture on of it. I suppose this store didn't have a lot of sale items because they know people are buying and spending money like crazy! Good business I say! I couldn't find another bottle of Saltwater Breeze. I would have bought more! This store seems to be run properly and I won't mind a return trip here as long as my daughter goes with me! LOL!

I visited this store today shortly before their closing time. I compare this place to a scaled down…read moreversion of Hamrick's Superstore. I saw reasonably priced men's shorts and a somewhat limited selection of shoes. They carry a more complete line of various fashions for ladies and children. This store's parking lot is large and is easy to enter. It's a bit more difficult to make an exit depending on the time of day as traffic can be very heavy.

I can't stress enough the low prices and high quality selection. Customer Service is above and beyond expected! Also there is a loyalty rewards card offered to anyone who signs up,no credit check required. You earn points for the stuff you are buying that convert into reward coupons that can be used on your next visit. The store also offers with this card a 15% discount every Monday for shoppers age 50 and older and 15% every Friday to those 49 yrs old or younger. This Pottery Barn Outlet absolutely gets it. Prices here are excellent. Lots of "50% off the marked price" notes here and there, but there are also many "All sales final" signs posted. So if you do spot that awesome bar stool or wall mirror, it might be less expensive here but it's yours to keep. Furniture, accessories, tableware, all sorts of stuff here at Pottery Barn.
