    terrible. charge a ton to even come out, then don't fix anything. wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Bulb has burned out and there is no way to replace. It requires a service call. FOR A BURNED OUT LIGHT!!?!! Today I am told "LED bulbs will burn out" and to call Whirlpool. I am furious as I know this means dealing with cs from other side of the world, who cannot understand me nor can I understand them. It means hours tied up on hold, being cut off and any and every kind of dodge. Shame to Home Depot. Shame to Whirlpool!

    I am sorry to say that my experience with them has been a huge disappointment. My first experience…read morewas great. On April 28th I bought an LG wash tower at a very good price. I paid to have it delivered and installed. The installation was less that optimal in that the fit into the space was tight, to get it in the spot and the bifold doors would not close. I had broken floor moldings with the unit sitting on top of the broken pieces. I understood that and the receipt that you get states that they are not responsible for property damage. The unit has never worked properly, dryer error and the tub not draining. I called and was assured that they would make it right. Repair person came out "tested" it left after 20 minutes same 2 issues. I am now 2nd guessing myself as to the size of this unit into the space. Called again had another appointment for their repair person it was no show. Another appointment and when I called to confirm was told "really sorry but we don't have any one" "call LG" Called LG help center 20 minutes on the phone trouble shooting the conclusion was improper installation. I spoke to the appliance center stated that I own that I believe that I got the wrong size unit, can we swap this out, and I would buy a smaller unit for more money than the original unit from them that they had in the Forest City store. During that phone call I was told that I needed to have proof and the comment "we will do the right thing" I contacted an LG certified repair person who stated that the dryer duct work was wrong and that the drain hose was not correct as it was shoved too far down in the piping. The machine tested out as working perfectly. Conclusion improper installation. I paid that person $145.00. I call the appliance center note the date on this review and that I have called so many times that they recognize my number and my voice and was told that if I buy the correct duct work and the hoses that they will come out on Wednesday and will install them for no charge. When I again proposed a swap out wanting nothing but a machine that will work in my space that I will pay for straight out I was told that the owner said absolutely not, that my appliance was now "used" and that they can not sell a used appliance in their store. Kyle is a wonderful young man Jared when I got him to call me back same thing. The owner Clint Jefferies touts that he is a Veteran of our great country, respects first responders and guarantees customer satisfaction not so much. His business practices are not that of a man of honor. So If you are looking for a really nice wash tower that works perfectly I have the "proof" from an LG certified Tech. It just is not right for me I will beat their price.
