He said he would need the item number because he didn't know what it was. While he was on the phone with me, I went out to their website to get him the item number. Then he told me to call him back when I find it for him. What lousy customer service. He just lost a $800 sale. OMG how does this store stay in business. This guy didn't lift a finger to help a customer and make the sale.

The reason for the chain may be somewhat less than perfect - but the love of the one who bought it for me and the craftsmanship of the jeweler make it such that it will always be great to wear and helpful should a medical professional ever need the information engraved on the medallion. The price was fair for the quality and we are grateful to have a good jeweler we trust to provide product for us.

I called this store because I was in a rush and needed to confirm they had a specific tire inner…read moretube in stock. The person who answered was cheerful and confirmed they carry tire tubes. So far, so good. When I asked about a particular size, instead of checking inventory or walking over to verify, I was told to go to their website to see if it was in stock. That's where the experience fell apart. If I'm already on the phone with the store, asking about a specific item, why wouldn't someone take two minutes to physically check? Telling a customer to check the website feels like passing the responsibility back to them. To make matters worse, I've relied on their online inventory before, and it showed "in stock" when the item was actually unavailable. So being directed to the website didn't exactly inspire confidence. In the end, I did go online -- just not to their site. I ordered it on Amazon instead. For all the brick-and-mortar stores frustrated about losing business to Amazon, this is exactly why it happens. Customer service and convenience are supposed to be your advantage. If your own staff won't take basic steps to help a customer, you're essentially sending them elsewhere. Disappointing experience

See the photos, the top 3 line tiles are white, all the rest tiles are yellow! I went to the store where I purchased the tiles, and the manager said he could not do anything. I lost $1500 labor to redo the entire left-side wall, including removing the installed tiles, replacing the hardy barker board & red guard, and installing the tiles again. I also lost 8 pieces of the tiles (materials), $90.76 total. I would like Floor & Decor to contact me back for this loss, since it is completely their fault for giving me different color tiles!
