Review #1,031 Posted on 4.6.26…read more I stopped into Dunn Edwards twice recently, once last week on Friday the 3rd, & then again today on Monday the 6th. Both times I received good service, but today when I had John help me out, he was able to explain the way paint settles on surfaces and how to possibly pick out the color we want to get. John was awesome with how he helped me get towards the color we're looking for. When picking out a color for the outside of your house it can be tricky. The colors don't always look like they do when you're looking at them online or even at the sample they have on paper when you're at the store too. Dunn Edwards puts out quality paint and excellent customer service too. When buying paint the quality matters and getting the help you need does too.

I narrowed down my choice to about 3 colors but wanted to find out the undertone in each, so thought knowing the colorant that goes in each will help me choose the color better. Today 3.28.25 at 420PM, I called to ask some simple questions about the colorants in the 3 colors. The lady who picked up the phone was the rudest person I have encountered in my 40 years in the bay area. She was very adrupt and told me 3 times that to ask any question, I would have to come to the store. I was so surprised. I told her that I have received better customer service at Home Depot which is just a Big Box Store. I thought a small specialized store like CentriHouse will be more customer friendly. She yelled, "Then you can go to Home Depot" and banged the phone down on me. I am just so surprised! Wow. How is this lady even working here? Was she chosen for her great customer service and interaction? Because of her extreme rudeness, I give her -10 stars. For the 2 gentlemen, I give 5 /5 stars. I am an older person with severe arthritis. Its not easy for me to hop into a car to go to the store to ask just a few questions. She cd hv said,"I am waiting on customers right now. Could you hold? After I take care of them, I will help you". But no. She just yelled from the beginning that if you have ANY questions at all, YOU JUST HAVE TO COME TO THE STORE. So terrible for the store's business to have personnel like her. MINUS 10 stars due to her rudeness

Got some new Geranium bright pink hanging flowers and some new patio furniture for my upstairs deck…read moreand front porch. This is the best time to get new patio furniture. It is all between half to 75 off. At this point it is way cheaper than Ikea junk and better quality. I have a real hang up with patio furniture. It has to fit the space and I don't like real wood and I don't like glass and I don't like it when the chairs don't tuck under the table completely when not in use and I don't like it when you need cushions that you have to store in the winter to make them comfortable. I can never find exactly what I want - I didn't this time either - but at the prices they were giving this stuff away for I filled up my truck and went back twice. I put my new table and chairs together quick and it was painless. It makes such a big difference in enjoying my front patio and back balcony. My back balcony has rather tall railings - so I always wanted a bar height situation so I could look over the railing when seated - so now I have that. My geraniums hanging plants I like more than I ever could have thought. I can have a garden full of flowers but when I'm sitting in my living room or every time I walk through the front door these are what I focus on and constantly admire. I might put a few flower boxes in under the window. People in Germany do that often - I will have to build them myself as the exact fitment of them and size I obsess over. I will be back for a few fence posts and see if I can make that happen. Home Depot will have everything I need to do it.

This was my second time going to Thai furniture store and the first time was 9.5 years ago and I…read morekept that loveseat and chaise until I just moved. So I needed new furniture for this new house, so I figured this was the best place to get some ideas.... Little did I know that we'd end up buying a sectional and sofa! Haha There's also a back sale room with last seasons things on sale for a discounted rate. That area is not air conditioned, so be careful back there, one could definitely overheat on a hot summer day! Both pieces we wanted were on sale, so it was a great deal and the only thing I was upset about was the fact that the 5 piece sectional was available, but only 2 of the 5 pieces were in the store. I had to call back and due to the fact their shipping containers are coming in from Vietnam, we bought our furniture in the middle of July and we won't get the sectional until 10/15! On top of that, I misunderstood the gentleman I was placing the back order form and I thought I wouldn't be charged until all 5 pieces were available, that was not the case...... I was charged for the 5 piece sectional as well as the sofa upfront. Which was fine, but now having to be patient and actually WAIT for our sectional to arrive is a bit annoying- especially since e I already paid for it back in July. Overall, I wouldn't mind shopping here again and I never needed that extra stain protection on my Ashley Furniture, so I'm sure we'll be okay now that we have a leather pieces. Yet- being charged for a sectional and then waiting 3 months to receive it AND having to pay an extra $100 shipping surcharge s ms a bit annoying, considering the store was the one that didn't have the item available- unless we wanted to buy the floor model hahaha

Absolutely Terrible Experience…read more One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I will never shop at Living Spaces again. We purchased several pieces of furniture from Living Spaces, and unfortunately, we have had problem after problem. The color on our sofas faded badly before we even had them for a year, and our bed broke in less than a year. On top of that, we were suddenly charged approximately $3,000 in interest/fees because the balance was not paid within 18 months. We were not properly aware that such a large additional charge would be applied. We also paid for a rug that we never received. We contacted Living Spaces about it, but our complaint was never properly addressed and we never received a response. After spending thousands of dollars, this is absolutely not the quality or customer service I expected. We are extremely disappointed with this company and regret making this purchase. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Living Spaces. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

It is a sight to be seen during rose season. A little slice of color and joy in between Fremont and Union city. I never knew roses could smell as good as they do until coming here. Particularly love the rose arches that greet you in the front. As an intermediate gardener I have shifted to buying more seeds than plants. The Regan offers a great selection of rare seeds you can't find at big box stores. When I do splurge on plants I like to do so at the Regan because they will last year after year. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable and are always happy to give advice. Amazing selection of native plants and fruit trees. I love the strawberry plants with pink flowers :)
