Robert, the salesman sent pictures, took every call from me and answered every question and concern, and was pleasant every time. I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations. I was skeptical about buying used farm equipment but after working with these professionals, I know I made the right decision to trust WCTractor -Temple. I will not hesitate to do future business with both the Temple and Navasota WCT locations. I had to send it back.In my opinion they are a total rip-off because they charge you a "re-stocking fee" even though it's their own fault. I was charged $85 for one rug and $45 for another-this is money lost that was mine. I'm so sick of businesses taking advantage of consumers. Without us.. you all go out of business. They did this a few times with me. I realized Amazon is ALWAYS the way to go on just about anything!! Plus some of their rugs from BB&B are just not in the best shape. Debbie is incredibly cheery, kind, and helpful without being pushy or annoying. While she was fixing the display, she happily greeted us when we entered the store. I noticed her helping people make purchases and do returns, while we browsed around the front area. Then as we were leaving with a few things, she wished us a great day.
