Now there's two clueless women there working the front. I asked for advice on which paint I should use on an exterior door... after a lot of uhmmms and uhhhhs they sold a not self leveling paint.. It took them a LONG time to mix paint which worried me they screwed something up... and then they told me they were completely out of stock on a type of paint I needed except one gallon and asked if I wanted them to order more since I needed more. I told them no and asked them to check the Copperas Cove location to see if they had any. They said Copperas Cove was completely out as well. Well I had such a negative experience I called Copperas Cove myself, they told me they have several gallons in stock. Not going back.

Next time I return, Ill get the one that says NO TRESSPASSING. I sure beats to buy it here than buying it online. You can get these instantlly when you take the time to drive here. Other than that, I really enjoyed walking through this place too. I can think of all kinds of craft ideas. I probably would return to get craft supplies. Would love to redo my bedroom with new paint. They have a section that has an impressive supply of paints. This is really a great place to go to if you need to make some home improvements at your home.

The past 3-4 times I've gone, there's this gentleman that I haven't gotten his name to give him credit for. (He looks like he has some speech impediment) but let me tell you. He always seems to find me when I'm around or if he sees anyone. He ALWAYS ask if I need help finding something. Id be going around looking for stuff I don't I need lol, (Milwaukee tools ) and I always hear him near by always asking people if they need help Super super nice guy, I just want to give compliments to that young guy. I really hope this store values this type of employee, they are rare to find I don't post a lot of reviews, but I feel like this needed to be said. I used to love coming to this Hobby Lobby location and decorating my home with items from here, but…read morerecently my experiences have been completely ruined by the attitude of some of the employees. Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.
