I bought a slightly used (90 hrs) kubota tractor on consignment from this Temple WCTractor, sight…read moreunseen and from 115 miles away. Robert, the salesman sent pictures, took every call from me and answered every question and concern, and was pleasant every time. I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations. I was skeptical about buying used farm equipment but after working with these professionals, I know I made the right decision to trust WCTractor -Temple. I will not hesitate to do future business with both the Temple and Navasota WCT locations. Without a doubt, Cole in Navasota and Robert and Mike in Temple know how to do business right and treat their customers with the utmost respect and integrity. Highly recommend! Cannot say enough good things about them.

Highly recommend the sales person Dee Maedgen, he stayed on top of everything and personally delivered the tractor. I live in Georgetown and will drive up to Temple for any additional purchases and service needs.

I love the limited places that I can go to without my pitbull mixed dog getting judged. Grooming appt was pricey but it didn't take very long. About 2 hours. They even took her in 10 min early.

Petco now markets morning geckos (incredibly invasive, social, and rapidly reproducing animals) as…read moredesk pets in tiny cups that should never be separated from each other as they rely on social activity. They also moved PAC Man frogs from the original terrariums inside the pull out cages, to the front checkout counter to try to get people to buy them. They are held in tiny boxes, with no water, no humidity, just moss. They are all close to dead, or already dead. They are selling jumping spiders and tarantulas that are also sold in terribly suited cages which are put next to the counters and marketed as desk pets so people impulsively buy them and they slowly, miserably die due to ignorance in husbandry and improper care. Then the cycle repeats when somebody buys another one because the original one died. And the same thing happens to every other animal too, their mammals, fish and amphibians especially. Think it can't get worse, it DOES! They are also now selling axolotls, exotic animals that require certain water properties, where I was explicitly told by an employee that they started selling without having the proper tools to provide their tank with. They said they needed a "chiller" for proper temperature and not only did their company not sell them or provide them given they are selling that animal, no stores around have it either so they are PURPOSELY marketing these pets for profit and not humane care of these animals. Guess what else? They buy animals and supplies from Marshall Bio Labs which is the largest commercial breeder of small mammals like beagles and birds, that are put through extremes in inhumane animal testing and research. If you still shop here, YOU are the problem. Petsmart is not that much better but at least they have accepted their wrongs and changed for the better. The ignorance is truly heartbreaking

Was going to buy a 3901 to replace it but got a really good deal on a late model New Holland Boomer 41 from another local dealership. That was a BIG MISTAKE. Expensive issues with tractor and huge costs. Service quality ?????? Hard to operate for an older guy with all of the shifting required. Recently went back to Ewald Kubota in Taylor. Troy Wade made me a good deal on a trade in for a new Kubota 3902. Troy is GREAT TO DEAL WITH. A straight shooter and super helpful. My past experience with this dealership has always been very positive. LOVE the tractor. Recently spend 8 hours on it one day repairing my tank overflow. HST shuttle shift is a breeze to use and easy on your body. Could not have tolerated 3 hours of such work on the new Holland. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EWALD KUBOTA as well as TROY WADE and the staff in Taylor.

Service Department is terrible. Find the small engine mechanic who loves what they do to service your equipment after you purchase it. This place rips you off.
