Temple Feed and Supply is a great community store focused on helping their customers. The guys in the back who load our feed and shavings go above and beyond . Absolutely unprofessional Brittany. I took my dog to this location for grooming for the second…read moretime. He was over due for a haircut and we've been at our property where he's been running and rolling around. When I booked the appointment I said in the notes that he had some matting which I stated again in person at drop off and let the person checking him in that he was fine to be shaved down because of the matting and understood if there would be an additional charge, which there was. When I picked him up his groomer Brittany said she had to shave him down because of the matting which I for a third time acknowledged that I was aware of. On our way out the door she said quite loudly, twice that I heard, how "horrible" my dog's fur was with other customers in the waiting area. I was very aware of his coat and did not need to be shamed by her in front of others. Our previous visit went great but of course that groomer no longer works there. Professionalism is lost on people in service these days. So unfortunate.
