I responded to his advertisement and tried to get service. I spoke with him about his services and do I need to make an appointment. He said he takes walk ins. All I wanted was a nail trim for my dogs. I called ahead of time to let him know that I was on my way he was never available. So after two weeks of trying to get service to no avail I called and spoke with him again. I expressed my concerns about how his lack of commitment to his customers he apologized for the inconvenience and he would give me a discount for the nail trim. I made the appointment for the mobile service. He canceled on me the day of the appointment. Im a very patient person so I gave him another chance because he had family issues, however I called today to see if I could bring my dogs in as a walk in. His staff said he's been sick for three weeks and she can't do large dogs because she's been bitten before. I informed her that I my dogs aren't aggressive and they have had they're nails done by professionals without incident. I take them to petsmart for nail trims. I was just trying to save money because petsmart is expensive. She basically said she didn't want to provide me with service. I couldn't believe he has someone who's afraid of doing a trim on large dogs. If she can't provide the services they offer then she shouldn't be there. Im done with posh paws for they're lack of customer service and lack of competent staff. They wasted my time after I had given them many changes to provide services to my pets. All she did was make excuses for her incompetence as a dog groomer. Do not waste your time with this business. I will not recommend anyone to mobil posh paws for grooming services. They do offer boarding services. Maybe they should stick to that service. Customer service sucks.

Our dogs were understandably nervous and confused, and we were also emotional, but the staff here put us all at ease. They kept all three dogs in an area by themselves and worked to ensure they were comfortable while we waited for more family to arrive and take them safely home. Instead of listening when she calmly explained they were confusing her with someone else, the staff talked over her, raised their voices, and doubled down on their false accusation. They escalated the situation themselves, then blamed her for their own mistake. It was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when she asked to speak with Dr. Gosney, she was told he "wouldn't" speak with her--again, based on an incident that never happened. No attempt to verify records. No apology. No basic respect. Just arrogance and incompetence. If this is how they treat someone who hasn't even walked through their doors, I shudder to imagine how they treat actual clients and their pets.
