We normally use the large pet store groomers for our 3 y/o German Shepherd "Maggie" and get the "deshedding" wash, nails trimmed and dried. When we would pick her up, her coat looked "frizzy" and still a lot of shedding. Her nails were somewhat trimmed. So we decided to try something different and contacted COSTELLO'S Curbside Cuts. What a HUGE difference this was! Kevin (owner) came to our home and introduced himself and explained his services. He did inform us about trained groomers and most are not (now after seeing his work, we believe that!). Maggie can be a little hesitant around strangers, so he took his time with her, took her out to the trailer, knelt down to pet her, talked to her and when she wouldn't jump up, he gently picked her up and set her in the trailer. A true professional. Maggie came back into our house like a different puppy! She looked beautiful! Her coat was smooth, no SHEDDING (we've really noticed the difference in our vacuuming frequency since), no FRIZZY fur, nails were cut, ears were actually CLEANED! We realized that P_t S___t really was just running her under water and blowing her dry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE COSTELLOS CURBSIDE a try. I bet you will be writing a review like mine! Kevin Costello arrived on-time with his mobile grooming trailer (which looks awesome) and we watched him groom three dogs with great care and professional precision. The dogs look great, feel clean and soft, and look happier for the experience! The neighbors saw him at work in his trailer and asked if he could trim the toe nails of their two dogs. They had recently been groomed but the groomer had missed the nails. Kevin quickly and efficiently trimmed the nails and they were happy with the rapid results and happy dogs. What an awful groomer. I used this groomer for my 2 dogs. He was ok. Basic. Then 1 of my dogs died. I had called to tell him this because we had an upcoming appt. I asked him to please still come to trim nails on the other one. He said ok that he would. He scheduled us out another 3 weeks. He never showed. Never called. Said oopps. Rescheduled for another couple weeks out. He changed/rescheduled our appt. He rescheduled us out yet another couple weeks. Guess what? Yep, he sent a text that he was unable to make it because it was humid. All of this for a 5 to 10 min nail trim appt. I guess a simple nail trim and the small amount of money just wasn't worth his time. Be careful who you trust your fur babies too. I guess him making my bigger dog bleed every time he trimmed her nails should have told me something read more

I just used Costellos Curbside Cuts, and he is so wonderful with my furries. They were not stressed like at a regular groomers. It is so obvious how much he loves dogs, and they loved him. They gave him so many kisses. My furries came out so shiny, and smelling wonderful. I don't usually book ahead of time, but I will now because I was so happy that he took time with my dogs.
