    My baby

I loved bark and bliss. They are always very nice understanding. The staff is very nice and the doctors are extremely helpful. I have bad experience at BELTON small animal clinic and this place has never made me feel the way that clinic does. It's definitely worth the price and treatment !!

Very clean and welcoming. Both doctors take their time with you and we're patient when I asked many questions.

HUGE MISTAKE -- I would not leave my dogs here again…read more I brought my two dogs--a French Bulldog and an English Bulldog--to Posh Paws for a weekend stay. My girlfriend also boarded her Husky there over the same weekend. What was supposed to be a simple weekend of boarding turned into two injured/sick dogs and more than $400 in vet bills. When I picked up my dogs, my English Bulldog was sick. Shortly afterward, she was diagnosed with a respiratory infection that required veterinary treatment and cost me about $150. Even more concerning, my girlfriend's Husky came home with multiple puncture wounds on her front right leg, consistent with having been attacked or bitten by another dog. That resulted in another trip to the vet and approximately $260 in additional bills. Dogs can get sick, and incidents between animals can happen, but when you entrust three healthy dogs to a boarding facility for a single weekend and come home with one suffering from a respiratory infection and another with multiple puncture wounds, something is seriously wrong. At a minimum, it raises major questions about supervision, sanitation, how dogs are grouped and monitored, and how incidents are handled. What bothers me most is that you leave your pets with a boarding facility because you are trusting them to provide a safe, clean, controlled environment and to exercise reasonable care while your animals are in their custody. Based on our experience, I simply don't have that confidence in Posh Paws. I don't know exactly what is going on there, but this was definitely not the level of care, supervision, or custody I expect when paying someone to look after my dogs. A weekend stay shouldn't end with two trips to the veterinarian, an injured dog, a sick dog, and more than $400 in unexpected medical expenses. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be bringing my dogs back to Posh Paws, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place to board their pets.

Doctors and staff seem very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've never felt rushed and they also carry a large supply of pet food and supplements at a good price! If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother recently called Temple Veterinary Hospital Medical &…read moreSurgical Center to schedule an appointment, and what happened was so outrageous it deserves to be publicly documented. The staff refused her service outright, claiming she had "cussed out" and "verbally accosted" them during a previous visit. Here's the problem: She has NEVER been there. Not once. Not ever. Instead of listening when she calmly explained they were confusing her with someone else, the staff talked over her, raised their voices, and doubled down on their false accusation. They escalated the situation themselves, then blamed her for their own mistake. It was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when she asked to speak with Dr. Gosney, she was told he "wouldn't" speak with her--again, based on an incident that never happened. No attempt to verify records. No apology. No basic respect. Just arrogance and incompetence. If this is how they treat someone who hasn't even walked through their doors, I shudder to imagine how they treat actual clients and their pets.

I think everyone should be upset with them holding medication ransom to treat a $2.00 sick chicken, demanding a $85 dollar fee even before the cost of the medication. It's claimed I berated their receptionist wit profanity when actually I was berating the situation. The receptionist took it upon herself to to become offended at me being upset. After I canceled an upcoming appointment telling them I would take my business elsewhere. I received a return call where I was told I was no longer welcome there with my other Animals (that they have received THOUSANDS of dollars for treating in the past two years) as if they are on some type of higher moral grounds with their demonstration of fake compassion and empathy for MONEY. So the takeaway from all this is to understand there is no loyalty points or frequent user awards given here if you show you're a real person and get upset or see their act for what it is - they will simply let your animals die rather than care for them. In addition if they can survive and be fine without the thousands and thousands of dollars I spend there annually, they obviously don't need your money either. Apparently they have pulled the wool over enough people eyes and hold enough medication for ransom from sick animals to keep them in the $$$ for quite some time. Unfortunately, the needless death of Bloomers the chicken is inevitable. Ironically, I doubt the needless death of Bloomers will have near the emotional effect on their receptionist as one of their customers getting upset. They may need to relearn to fake their understanding and compassion to include the fact that people get angry and upset at times. Beware! you are being recorded and they will threaten to use those recording to attempt undermining any negative review. Perhaps be aware of any other undisclosed recording devices being used at this establishment, you just never know.
