We took our fur baby, Sassee to Temple Veterinary Hospital with severe hip dysplasia with last…read moreditch hopes she could be helped. We were so blessed with her being examined by Dr Tyler Cochran and he telling us he "could fix her" with a procedure he had successfully performed several times and at an extremely lesser cost than hip replacement. We immediately agreed to the surgery and Dr Cochran did the surgery that day. To no error on Dr Cochran's part, Sassee's femurs broke on both legs and Dr Cochran repaired them. Sassee spent several weeks in their hospital receiving ultimate care and attention from Dr Cochran and the entire staff. We were allowed to visit her anytime and for as long as we wanted. Sassee is now home recovering and doing PT. We cannot say enough great things about Dr Cochran and the entire staff at Temple Veterinary Hospital. God has truly blessed Dr Cochran, Dr Gosney, and the entire staff with the expertise in caring for and helping to heal His animals. Dr Cochran and Temple Veterinary Hospital will be the only ones treating Sassee or any of our future fur babies. If you work you can't plan around an appointment or you go on a weekend and tie your entire day. There should be a way to do both. Other than that I recommend the clinic highly. But they are not easy to work with.

After I canceled an upcoming appointment telling them I would take my business elsewhere. I received a return call where I was told I was no longer welcome there with my other Animals (that they have received THOUSANDS of dollars for treating in the past two years) as if they are on some type of higher moral grounds with their demonstration of fake compassion and empathy for MONEY. So the takeaway from all this is to understand there is no loyalty points or frequent user awards given here if you show you're a real person and get upset or see their act for what it is - they will simply let your animals die rather than care for them. In addition if they can survive and be fine without the thousands and thousands of dollars I spend there annually, they obviously don't need your money either. Apparently they have pulled the wool over enough people eyes and hold enough medication for ransom from sick animals to keep them in the $$$ for quite some time. Unfortunately, the needless death of Bloomers the chicken is inevitable. Ironically, I doubt the needless death of Bloomers will have near the emotional effect on their receptionist as one of their customers getting upset. They may need to relearn to fake their understanding and compassion to include the fact that people get angry and upset at times. Beware! you are being recorded and they will threaten to use those recording to attempt undermining any negative review. Perhaps be aware of any other undisclosed recording devices being used at this establishment, you just never know.

When the doctor came to our home, their presence was calm, respectful, and incredibly compassionate. They treated my dog with such dignity and love, and they gave me the space and support I needed to say goodbye in peace. It meant more to me than I can ever express. Even afterward, the level of care continued. Picking up my dog's remains was handled with such grace and respect--it was clear that every step of the process was done with heartfelt intention and compassion. In a moment filled with so much pain, this team was a blessing. I truly believe God places people in our lives when we need them most, and they were exactly that for me. Their sincerity, kindness, and unwavering support brought comfort to my heart in a time of deep sorrow. He let them put the sedative in, then within seconds he shivered and tried to run back inside the house. He dropped to the ground with a look of terror, then tried to run back inside again and dropped down. He was "drunk" on "kitty ketamine" as she put it. I understand that every cat reacts differently, but after speaking to other vets, it wasn't supposed to be like that at all. This month we had to say goodbye to another one of our cats, and we used a different company with remarkable results.
