However what makes it better is also the stores themselves. The Glen Burnie Sherwin Williams has an amazing crew and they're very knowledgeable at helping people with any paint questions. Good luck with that at Lowes or Home Depot. You're lucky to even find someone there that will even mix your paint at a big box store. Also if you call this Sherwin Williams they will even mix the shade you want before you arrive. That's pretty amazing customer service and this store is top notch.

She didn't greet me, ignored my questions, and when asked for help with colors and materials said, "I can design my own bathroom, but I can't design yours." I told her that I may want to use small decorative tiles in my shower, she said,"Decorative tile is very expensive." We never discussed my budget, so why make the assumption that I may not be interested in expensive tile? At no point did I feel that she was ever genuinely trying to assist me with my design.I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and frustrated. I love Floor & Decor's products, but this consultation was far below expectations. I hope future customers are paired with a professional, patient, and helpful design specialist.
