Worst service ever!…read more Before I start, this review is purely for service, not products. I've used this product for many years for each and every paint job and by now know how their promos and service work. Each time I've been to a store I've gotten exceptional service from high school and college aged employees to those more experienced, until I came here. I was given the run around with availability since the store is so small they can't display it all. The I asked about the promo, once I again I was told it didn't apply, they needed a code, or paper. Lo and behold, their website had it. Once I showed it to them, they still said it didn't apply and they couldn't use it. On to the terms and conditions I went and read them out loud to them. Finally, and after 15 minutes of it, they did and I left. I'm not sure if they get commission but this felt like robbery. I wasn't asking for anything else but to honor the signage plastered all over the store and their website. Be careful or they will take advantage of you. Never going back to this one again.

He even helped me to my car with the purchased items. All in all I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and I highly recommend Sherwin-Williams Williams for great paint and most importantly knowledgeable and kind employees
