Service: I've worked with Carlos on a couple projects. I usually spend some time researching beforehand, but the knowledge and recommendations provided in store have been extremely helpful. Carlos took his time talking through options and explaining the best recommendation based on my project needs. Can't express enough how refreshing it is to find high quality and friendly service in a home improvement type store. Could you go to Home Depot or a big box for paint? I didn't have the exact match that our painter used a year or so ago but knew it would just be whatever flat ceiling white product painters typically buy. I left and went to the Ace Hardware and asked the same question, their staff pointed me to two products, and said it was likely the less expensive one because that's what most painters purchase. Previously I had used Ace Hardware's brand and was very displeased with those results. I first painted the wall with their Duration (Matte) brand, Snowbound, followed by the blue color Cosmos which is also Matte.
