(First red flag, the two times I stopped in there were no other customers in the store) Unwilling to help me, threw papers at me, and was not willing to offer a solution. Went back the very next day hoping to get help from a different EE however I was met with the same opposition. Mind you, I walked in with a smile both times asking them if they could help me yet neither employee offered any assistance and was extremely rude. I immediately went to the North Babylon location (the store had lots of customers) where I was greeted by the employees with a big smile and they assisted me from soup to nuts with kindness and patience. I walked out of North Babylon feeling like a valued customer-Five stars! The Port Jeff store would get zero stars from me if I was able to do so. Never again.
