The site said to order online & have it shipped to the store. It was also the last day of the sale. I called the store to confirm (not being a pro) that this was what I was looking for & the person that answered said he didn't know, that I should call back to talk w the manager the next morning. So I did & yes, it was what I needed. The next problem was the sale ended that night but I noticed a new one starting 3 days later. My project was stalled. No big deal. I waited, ordered, side note: there was an extra fee of $11 without any breakdown why...paint fee??? No idea but I still placed the order. And then I waited some more to receive an email saying my order was cancelled but didn't state a reason. The email gave a # to call. 20 minutes on hold twice to find out I needed to call the store to find out the same person I originally spoke with cancelled it! I'm still not sure why! He didn't provide a reason. He sounded confused & finally said he would replace the order....smh That's it. I'm done. I did not resubmit the order. I'll cut my losses & go someplace else. I suggest you do the same.

It pertains to their HOME SERVICES division which I used to clean and restore my cedar wood roof. They were at first very nice and repsonsive. After the fact, I discovered they did not use the proper treatment or restorative process, In the end I got poor workmanship that did not last the test of time. To make matters worse, they had zero interest in rectifying their poor job. Stay away from these guys!

I can't think of a time I've visited when I wasn't approached by a salesperson offering help. The store is well stocked and immaculate, and they can even do repairs on some household items. In fact, I brought something in for repair last week and received a call just a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. And this kind of turnaround was on a Sunday! Prices are reasonable, and certainly reasonable enough to keep me out of Home Depot or Lowe's. Weed & Duryea saves me the trek and the annoyance.

I was finally told I could pick up the part at the warehouse on 12/24/24 at 8:30AM (after numerous calls to the store). Got there and no part. Warehouse stated store had sent the ticket too late to make the delivery. Had to cancel the installer and again will have to try to track down this order. This is actually the second time I have had really poor service from this store. Would not recommend unless timelines & projects can just linger along and you don't mind being the one to track down your orders as they really don't follow through on any of their commitments or promises. My impression is customer service is not at all important to this store.
