We were repainting a bedroom and had a very specific color we were looking for. After looking at all of our options, we still couldn't find the right thing. Julianne was incredibly helpful and offered us all sorts of options with how to tweak colors to make them right! She gave us some samples of them and kept adjusting until it was perfect. We finally got the right color! Julianne also helped us know what type and brand of paint to buy. She was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed! With her help, we were able to find a good match for our experience level and the job that we were doing. She offered great advice and was very kind--everyone who works here is nice and helpful :) Lastly, we missed a sale by 4 days. We didn't even know about it, but they were nice enough to tell us and they applied 40% off even though the sale was over! 40% is a lot and saved us a ton of money. GREAT customer service, knowledable and kind employees, and lots of options to choose from. Again, come to this location instead of the one down the street! You will thank me later :)

I was in a hurry and paid and got to my appointment, then I thought, man, those prices seem expensive let's checkout Amazon and see what they want for those products? Instead of the trimmer line being $10 bucks each, they were $1.50 each, the drive wheels for my mower were $28 bucks for two wheels instead of $28 bucks each I grabbed my receipt and back to Lowe's I went and returned them! The checkout girl said well we have price matching. I told her if Lowe's can't give me an honest price the first time I don't want them. I've been burned too many times by these big heartless corporations that steal money from working people to make some billionaires richer! The employee who helped me gladly went and got a cherry picker to get the shelving down saying that he needed to restock. It made me feel like less of an inconvenience.
