The guy told me it would take a couple days, tops, for him to get to it. A week or so later I hadn't heard from him, so I started calling in to find out if it was done. He never answered the phone or returned my messages. I ended up having to go to the store just to find out if it was done. So while my vacuum got fixed, getting it that way was more hassle than it was worth. I now have a carpet cleaner that needs repair as well, but I won't be taking it here. **UPDATE** 7/4/14 So I decided to give them another try after all since it would be so inconvenient for me to drive to the next nearest Bissell authorized service center. Glad I did, things went much better. Got my machine repaired and serviced in a just a day this time, and they even gave me a discount!

I went to grab some grasses and Russian sage for my yard and the staff was really helpful and kind. The garden itself is well laid out and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and everyone I interacted with was more than helpful. I even called a month after planting my Russian sage and the staff was helpful in telling me how to care for it. They also have a cool butterfly tent! That was really fun to walk through. It's small but really cool!

After weeks ago our washer broke down and it was too expensive to fix it so we went to a very large…read morecompany in Draper to look at there scratch and dent washers but they were too expensive even for those because we are on a tight budget so a friend recommended we go to the appliance outlet store the owner was very kind and gave us some good information about different brands and we bought a washer and dryer that stack on top of each other and the owner gave us free delivery and a 60 day guarantee unfortunately though right after they delivered it we tried to use it and the washer didn't work so we called the owner and told him the washer wasn't working and he had a repairman come and look at it and the repairmen thought it could be two different things so he came a couple days later with a part he had to see if this would fix the problem but the repairmen realized that wasn't the problem so he ordered the part we need and we are just waiting for him to get it so he can come and fix our washer but it is frustrating because we have been without a washer for 3 weeks now almost 4 and have had to go to the laundry mat to get our laundry done and it is pretty expensive to do that the owner hasn't reached out to try to fix the problem at all so I am very frustrated about the situation but I am glad he is not charging us for the repair at least.
