We would ask questions and they looked at us like we were stupid and they didn't act like they even knew what they were talking about. They are also extremely slow and we had to wait for what seemed like an eternity. It also smelled pretty bad of cigarette smoke. After having a horrible time here, we happened upon another Sherwin-Williams store literally just a minute down the street. We had a completely opposite experience there and were shocked at the comparison of how bad this one was. Don't come here. Drive 2 minutes further to the other store and you'll have a much better experience!

It's great to talk to someone who actually KNOWS something about paint, and to not have to deal with all the big box crappiness and quality control issues. I was totally sick of doing 3 coats of Behr and having adhesion problems, not to mention mistints from crappy Home Depot employees. Even better, it barely cost me more to get the better paint. The guy at SW recommended a good contractor-grade SW paint that ended up being $25/gal for me - 50% less than I was ready to pay for normal SW paint. He made this suggestion without my prompting - which really impressed me. He could have done the easy thing and let me waste my money, but he went out of his way to tell me about an unadvertised paint and save me $200. I was hesitant about it being contractor grade, but he said in a flat it would work great - and he was right. That's why it's worth it to go to an actual paint store - people who know what the heck they're talking about!

I just ran over there to grab some trimmer string, for three spools it was $28 bucks and change I thought, well that must be what it's going for so I grabbed it and then I saw the mower drive wheels I needed so I grabbed those which were $28 each! I was in a hurry and paid and got to my appointment, then I thought, man, those prices seem expensive let's checkout Amazon and see what they want for those products? Instead of the trimmer line being $10 bucks each, they were $1.50 each, the drive wheels for my mower were $28 bucks for two wheels instead of $28 bucks each I grabbed my receipt and back to Lowe's I went and returned them! The checkout girl said well we have price matching. I told her if Lowe's can't give me an honest price the first time I don't want them. I've been burned too many times by these big heartless corporations that steal money from working people to make some billionaires richer! Luckily, it's only a 10 minute drive on I-15 to come here. The store is always well organized and the staff helpful. On my last trip, I needed some shelving and it up on top of the shelves. The employee who helped me gladly went and got a cherry picker to get the shelving down saying that he needed to restock. It made me feel like less of an inconvenience.

Not only was the job done in a timely matter, Juan and Dulce made sure all the details were figured out correctly and fulfilled to our liking! Sometimes, we would be given advice on how to do things better from a professional point of view, which was very nice to hear as we do not understand some details.
