They are quick to apologize for the wait. The computers are often adding to the problem being slower than molasses to ring you up. The staff are always pleasant but the experience is consistently one that has me saying I wont go back and will try and find a different place to buy my home decor needs.

We finally stopped over this weekend and they had a surprising amount of furniture we liked and at prices we could afford. Everything was on sale this week for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and John Paras provides free delivery and setup too. The included delivery and setup is a great bonus and very much appreciated. During our visit a salesperson named Nick helped us out. Nick was great to work with because he was actually helpful and not pushy. We ended up buying a kitchen table and chairs for our new home and a nice end table too. There were some sofas we also liked, but we'll have to come back another time to buy those. Overall I was really happy with my experience shopping at John Paras and would definitely recommend taking a look if you're furniture shopping.
