I purchased my house paint there. I needed a few more gallons, but was sold something that was like a stain, not latex. I tried putting several coats on (not knowing the issue) before giving up and going back. What a waste of time. Also, for a separate project, I purchased a custom color - it was off slightly, so I asked if I could get a very small amount of the dark that they add to the paint and was told no. I came to this Sherwin Williams location to get exterior stain color samples. However, samples are no longer provided here. I was advised to get samples from Lowes, where they could match the SW stain color codes with equivalent paint colors. However, the Lowes employee was not able to do this (possibly due to inexperience). So I ended up making an educated guess on what stain color would be best for my fence. I then went back to this location to buy five gallons of stain. The person there said there was a national shortage on stain (apparently due to the storm in Texas earlier this year). The employee called four different stores with no luck, and then gave me a list of locations to call myself. Eventually I was able to find stain at the Renton location. It would have been more convenient had their inventory system provided real time inventory information, as opposed to calling. I did come back a few weeks later to buy an extra gallon of stain. The person there was very helpful. She quickly found a store with available stain using the inventory system, and called in the order for me. Overall, I would rate this store experience as good but not great. read more

Most rude Sherwin-Williams store I've ever been too, I wanted them to fix a match that they clearly messed up and they said it wasn't something they would do and I would have to buy a new gallon. Please avoid this store!! read more

I bought a airless sprayer T440 and spent $1135.00 and because the product did not have a box I asked the guy would you test it for me? He said no! then I asked him if it didn't work what should I do? He said you can return it. I try to use it but the sprayer didn't work it stop every minuets and oil was leaking from under that. So I decide to call to the store and talk to them but after I explained the problem they put me on hold for a while. I went to the store and the guy who sold the product to me try to scare me and said if you don't leave my store I will call the cops and ignore me. finally he called the cops and the cops asked me back on Monday and talk to the store manager. After 5 years give the business to sherwin Williams for paint and supplies I will stop it and let all my friend know about it. read more

I experienced very poor and inattentive service at this location. The two young women at the counter were more interested in the phones than in the actual customers that were in front of them. I left after waiting several minutes without acknowledgement or even eye contact. I don't expect to be back here, judging from other reviews here it appears that my experience is more the norm than the exception. read more

I asked the guys to Match the paint urgently, they picked up the color for 2 hours . I do not understand why it is so slow because Sherwin Williams store in Bellevue they are did in 20-30minutes . Home Depot 20minutes . Two star for two hours that I was waiting near the door. read more

The first time I went in the guy I spoke to was SUPER helpful, but ever since then their employees haven't been very friendly or helpful. One time I went in and the guy talked me out of buying paint from them telling me it's not possible to paint furniture (seriously?!) and another time I asked about wallpaper and the guy told me that in 8 years he had never seen anyone buy the brand I was looking at (which also happened to be their main display) and told me that if I was insistent about it I should look at Pinterest or other stores online. Since I they clearly don't want my money I will look at other stores. read more

I went to this store for paint and they didn't have base color due to shipping. They were going to pick up base from other bothell location on Monday for pick up either Monday/Tuesday. They had me fill out the slip with my paint colors and phone number to call me. No call so I called a few days later and no one picked up the base color and no paperwork of mine with my paint color that I left with them. Have no idea what colors I decided on as they kept my paint chips & color codes. They told me to just drive to each Sherwin Williams to see which one has a base color as they are unable to see in their system. Bad customer service, wished they would have told me 4 day's ago that they couldn't help me rather than me putting off my professional paint service waiting for them. read more
