When our credit card did not show a refund after 10 days I called Lowe's and they said the refund would be issued after the company received the oven back! I called and finally got someone who said the information we received was not correct and a refund had not been requested. We finally received our refund after multiple calls. Really disappointing how it was handled and I'll never buy anything from Lowe's again.

He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. I found Jose and crew, to be professional at every turn, I liked that he had a detailed contract and several options for payments. His price was fair after receiving another bid. It is a lot of trust having work done in and around your home, Jose met and exceeded my high expectaions of doing an excellent, and detailed job. He takes pride in his work. Communication was seamless throughout the project, that is important to me, he even answered the phone when I was calling him while at the paint store getting a sample to try a color out. I highly recommend trying colors out on your house before finalizing your choice. This job was nearly the entire interior of a 3000sq/ft home which included some very high ceilings and some other challenging areas. In addition, they had to work around our dogs, two kids who are home and our desire to have them work a full day, but still have our time to ourselves. We are not the easiest to work with but Atilio did a great job communicating with my wife and keeping the job moving, despite us adding some elements in the middle of the job. His crew are very friendly and do whatever they can to make you happy, AND were on time or early EVERY DAY for three weeks. That's a big deal to us and a rarity in the contracting world! The paint quality was great, they cleaned up nightly and were very insistent that we were happy with the job and reiterated they'd come back if we find any issues. They did that with our past jobs with them and never gave us any grief if we had them back! Wouldn't use any other painters!

Booking was easy - send an email detailing the work requested and they send a bid (granted, they've done work for us before so that speeds things up.) This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Everything looks great! Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. Home maintenance projects are definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for. Go with a cheap fly-by-night operation and you'll get what you pay for. Or go with a quality shop like Home Team and get the job done right.

I was assuming it's normal for composite decking. Well it's not... I was able to pull off several boards by hand with barely any effort. I bought a box of proper screws to fix it. There was also a bunch of broken wood from the old stairs and enough screws to build another porch under there apparently. So I guess 5 stars for painting, 3 for the porch.
