I live up the mountain in Coker Creek. I recently had a flat tire coming down to Tellico, and I had to stop to put air in it just to get it to Yates. I couldn't change it to the spare, because I couldn't get the spare off. It required a special tool that wasn't given to me with the truck. I finally got it there, and they acted like they couldn't be bothered with me. They patched my tire. After charging me for it, they told me it probably wouldn't make it back up the mountain. I asked if they had bolt cutters to get the spare off, and they said no. I don't have a lot of money, but he said I could go buy some in their store upstairs. I drove it to another place that understood my plight, and was extremely courteous and helpful. I hope no one else ever has to deal with that kind of bad attitude from a merchant like I did!

Prices are pretty competitive and you can also get some deals. Then we were informed if we paid our phones off, which we did immediately, they would unlock our phones. That was a week ago and still nothing. So turned it over to credit card company for deceptive practices. I guess we should have listened to the many coworkers who said not to deal with that store!!! They took only 1 day to get it in and the install was flawless! I've had other work done and it was good but this was top notch! It just so happened that my trailer broke down as I left. One of the employees came by and knew I needed help he offered to go back and get a floor jack for me to get my tire off. When he got back him and the owner showed up and took it upon themselves to get the tire off and diagnose the issue. My brakes seized and we had to get the brakes disengaged so they gave me the tool and sent me on my way. I didn't have any cash on me for the part but they said they don't want to have a customer broke down and they told me to just get home safe. I've never been treated so well for just being a customer. Between the install and them pulling me out of a bind I am forever grateful. I won't be taking my business anywhere else these guys are legit and deserve my business hands down. Don't go anywhere else for business you will just be disappointed you didn't go here first.
