I didn't receive a greeting, but the staff could barely see who was coming and going. After a small delay, I was able to make my request. The lady helping me was pleasant and efficient. She asked me a few questions to ensure I was getting the right type of paint for the job I was completing. The staff did well considering the crowd they had at the time I arrived.

I had a $5,000 whole interior paint job done on my new home and within 5 months the paint has cracked in 3 rooms and the main ceiling is terrible. It is now coming off the ceiling / paint is falling off. Either the paint was watered down or other trick. Called the store and the local S.W Rep came out with this store owner and they said that it looked bad and they had never seen the paint do this before. Contractor then came out after 3 weeks of begging and I was told it was, and I quote "Bad Luck".. I would not use them to finger paint!!! TRUST ME.. S.W has good paint but do not use this store or its contractor F.C.D.. God Bless

The last trip I made was with a really nice woman who was so kind to help change the paint I'd bought to match more exact to the color I already had on my walls. I had brought a sample and she even took the time to dry a piece to make sure it matched. Some of the other staff here just haven't been super friendly and don't even smile. The color choices are endless and they have really cool sticker samples of some of the more staple colors. Genius! Whether is paint or supplies they have you covered. Keep an eye out for sales because Sherwin is definitely not cheap. Service isn't always the best but regardless I love their paint quality. I am hoping to see some of the staff improve. Just a smile could go a long way!

The Clerk asked for the credit card information. Later on I asked my painter to pick up the paint since I had a doctors appointment. He did. But they charged the painter, even asking for MY last name. I was surprised and just checked my AE to make sure I was not charged. WELL, THEY DID CHARGE ME AND THE PAINTER. After I talked to the manager she said for the painter to bring the receipt by and they will give him his money back. But I told them, that is not an option because the poor guy already did me a favor by picking up the paint. Now it seems that they cannot give me credit on my credit card without having the physical card. Well, they charged me manually because they did not have my card at hand either. And because my husband just had surgery I cannot go over there. So, now they want to mail me a check, which can take up to 5 days with USPS!!! and another 3 business days to clear. Go to a different store and avoid this one. Apparently, they are not qualified to handle orders the right way.

The color is never going to look exactly like the swatch, and I was hard core trying to find something with a subtle gold to it. That was near impossible. They really didn't have anything in that category, sadly. I should have maybe tried elsewhere, but I was already there, so I decided on a color after a much laborious process, and the employee there was so ever patient with me while I chose. You can for I think $15 get a small sample can and test your walls, but this was for our guest bedroom, and I didn't want to waste it on that. Thankfully the color did turn out nice, and really brightened the room and went decently well with the furniture we put in there. I'd say if you want quality paint, this is the place to come, but don't expect a bargain.

Small order, large order, doesn't matter. No more Home Depot or Ben Moore. This is my store. My last visit, I even brought a large piece of gutter in for them to paint-match, and of course they did. Amazing service. Not to mention, they respect Covid medical recommendations, which is a must for my company and me.

Several staff were very patient with me over several visits as I got samples for several paints over the course of weeks before I finally figured out what I wanted. The finished result was outstanding and the difference in the quality of paint between theirs and what you would get at the big box store is obvious. Even my ex-wife has to grudgingly admit that I've become a good painter since this place opened, and she is loath to complement me about anything.

The choices are endless, and painting is a great, not too expensive way to dress up your walls and change the look of a room. Right now, they are offering a 30% discount on paint, so it's even more a reason to buy. They also sell all the supplies you would ever need to get the job done. It's a time consuming process, but the staff there really made it a positive experience for us. I'll definitely be back for more!
