My experience with this studio had started out very positive. Very professional and thorough…read moreconsultation. Services rendered included lash tinting, full lash extensions and a brow wax. I spent a lot of time (5 1/2hrs) and ALOT of money for these services. With in the 30min drive home lashes had fallen while i was driving, when I got home I noticed more and that I had visible loose lashes laying on my eye lid. I informed her immediately and she offered to replace/repair. With my pending schedule I informed her that I wouldn't be available for a while. We agreed on a date. By the next morning many many more had fallen off leaving obvious spaces and gaps. Informed her again of the situation. Keeping her abreast of the issues. By evening they were a disaster, just over 24hrs after having them applied. At this point I asked for a refund as I didn't feel confident of a reoccurrence. She refused and she also expressed some very colorful accusations against me. We have been in contact several times after the fact and yes I did again agree to allow her to redo them but upon further consideration of her very poor attitude towards my experience, and less than professional behavior after the fact, I again informed her that I was not confident that the same thing wouldn't happen again and requested a refund for the lash service only. She has refused, only will do a corrective service if there's an issue. Can't correct something that doesn't exist. Of course she blames me for not dropping everything in my schedule to have her fix the issue immediately. Even if I could have done as she wanted, the process would not have been a simple "fast fix" Refund still refused. Hopefully others have a more rewarding experience for the expense but my experience has been ugly and very discouraging. She also spoke poorly to me about another client who posted a bad review about her so I'm sure she will also do the same about me. Especially since I initially gave her a great review and have since deleted it.

The process took some time but was done in the most professional manner, both educating me and explaining each part of the process. I was put in a comfortable recliner and started the process. She added more lashes "just because" which I was more than grateful for. Prior to leaving I was given information on after care. As stated above I decided to to write a review because I wanted to see how the lashes held up. I am more than pleased to say since Tuesday I have only lost one lash!!! I have got a ton of compliments, in addition to loving the look myself!!!

There were two ladies working on Wednesday, September 30, at around 5:30 PM. The lady wearing glasses was fine, but the other lady, who had her hair down, was the one who threaded my eyebrows. Unfortunately, her behavior was very rude and harsh, and she did not know how to communicate appropriately with a customer. She was also constantly on her phone during the service. I felt uncomfortable because she appeared to be making comments about me, although I could not understand the language she was speaking. When I asked about her name, she refused to disclose it. I have been coming here for 12 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I would advise customers to be cautious and pay attention to who is providing their service. Thankfully, she did not injure my face, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Thank you for the service, but the behavior and customer service I experienced were extremely disappointing.

I booked online and nowhere in my booking process did it state the tech would not accept a Groupon. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment and there was a handwritten sign on the door stating they'd be back by the time my appointment started. Spoiler- they were a few minutes late. After I waited for them to reopen the store I was informed the tech I was assigned would not accept Groupon. Super frustrating to have my time completely wasted. Not only because they were late, but because there was no disclaimer that the tech they signed me up with would turn me away. It doesn't say on Groupon they won't accept the voucher or they don't have techs that will refuse. So if this is the case- why sell for your location?
