Goat curry- 2 spice was pretty darn spicy
    Kelly P.

Went here for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! I got the goat curry (because I love curries) and the flavor and meat quantity were bountiful! I asked for a spice level 2/5 which was tbh a bit more spicy than I would've liked (and I drench my meals in sriracha and Tapatio haha) so next time I would get 1 or even 0. My partner ordered the lamb korma, which was equally as decadent and flavorful, and they came with a shared bowl of rice (fancy presentation of metal bowls). Service was above average, with the waiter/ maybe even owner coming by our table to ask if we needed anything/how we were enjoying our meal. Finally, the ambiance is formal(ish) and dimly lit and there were Christmas decor around which I appreciated for the holiday. At first Indian music was playing (which I loved) but as the night moved on they changed to slow English pop-rap, unfortunately (oh well :( ). Would definitely return! One last note, the place was pretty empty at 430pm, only two other customers came for in-dining, but there were maybe 7 takeout orders picked up in the time we were there so the food must be good and the place must be popular!

    Paneer Tikka (G)

Was craving chaat so stopped here randomly for lunch on a Sunday. The vibes were simple and quiet. They offer a lunch buffet but we chose to order a la carte. We got the paneer tikka, samosa, papdi chaat, and aloo tikki chaat. The paneer tikka was our favorite. The chaats were just okay. They satisfied the craving but weren't stellar. The service was quite good- efficient and helpful. The prices were also pretty reasonable. Not a bad spot for a casual Indian meal, all in all.

I recently visited Shere-e-Punjab with my husband and wow! We had such a great time. I subtracted a star because initially the person serving us was quite rude. The other servers at the restaurant were a lot more kind. I wish I had taken pictures of the restaurant. They decorated beautifully for Christmas! Definitely check them out for all the Christmas feels! We started our meal with the chicken wings. They came out smoking hot and were absolutely delicious. They were extremely flavorful. I got the garlic naan and can't wait to have it again. I also got the chicken saag which I loved. I wish the dish of rice was larger but we'll just order a second rice next time. We had the Christmas martini and the mango martini which were out of this world! I finished the meal with a caramel apple dessert which would have been delicious if it wasn't frozen. Overall, we'll be eating here again.

Amazing Service and even better food, come to this place and you wont be left unsatisfied. Price is worth it for the sheer quality of this authentic indian food.

    Really good Palak Chat

Always good food. We used to go to their old location in Drexel Hill. The new location in Media looks good, and they have live music that was getting ready to start. They also have a bar which is a nice bonus. We had the Palak Chat, Goat Curry, and Chicken Tikka Masala which were all good.

My wife and I love spending time in Media, PA and Shere-E-Punjab left a lasting impression we won't forget. As soon as you arrive you can't help but recognize the beautiful Christmas decorations that bring a smile to your face. My Wife and I had the mango martini and the christmas martini both were amazing, we have been going back and forth about the better cocktail. Make sure you order the chicken wings, they have an amazing flavor that I am sure you haven't experienced. My Wife ordered the chicken saag which was good and I had the lamb roganjosh, it was delicious. We enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back but make sure you stop by and tell them that I sent you.

This place was amazing! The servers, hostess and others were all very professional. The place was decorated so nice for the Christmas holiday and you can tell a lot of hard word and love was put into the concept. From the giant gifts on the wall to the or aments hanging from the ceiling the ambiance was in inviting, warm and welcoming. The food was great, so great in fact my friends and I exchanged a little of each others food to which we all agreed that we could have ordered each others meal, then we agreed that when we came to eat there again it was a great possibility that we would. Overall we had an awesome experience and the live band connected to the restaurant next door only helped to add to the experience. Oh yeah please do not forget to order the somosas!

We had been to Narberth once 2 years ago to walk and explore but didn't see this restaurant on that trip. Tried it last night, 8/7/26, for the first time and it checks so many boxes. First off, they were super attentative and polite when we called to make our reservation and our call from the car to inform of a traffic delay. The place is clean, except unfortunately since they do a lot of take out as we had observed, lots a flies get in and buzz around (exterminated 4 at our table during the course of our dining experience.) But don't let that dissuade you. They have a large menu, and customize levels to fit eveyone's taste. When trying new Indian restaurants we usually start off with basic dishes to get a feel from their cooking style. We shared two dishes: llamb rogan jost medium spice and chicken tikka masala aslo medium spice and an order of garlic naan (well 2 orders as we needed more and took some home... it was that good). Both dishes were exactly as expected and both for the most part were tender and moist. Lamb can sometimes be chewy. We loved our choices and dunked away into the sauces with the naan. Street meter parking and they are BYOB. We have booked marked Srinagar for a future pre-concert dinner in the area of the Mann Pavilon. See my food photos

Rather than gobi manchurian (consistently wonderful here) we opened with vegetable samosas. Served with condiments, the pastries are excellent, the way samosas should be. Last time I noticed a family eating what looked like spaghetti. I'd never seen pasta in an Indian restaurant, so of course I inquired. They assured me that the dish -- hakka noodles -- was worth trying. So we did, with shrimp, ordered medium on the spice scale. I'm adding this to my repertoire! I suggested that T choose a second entree, hoping he'd go with my tandoor favorite, chicken tikka. Nope, chicken korma. This is where Srinagar loses half a point. The sauce is excellent. It always is. But the cubes of chicken were dry. (Tikka -- NOT masala -- never is.) 6:00 on Friday, prime time for dinner, people straggled in. While they take reservations, you likely don't need them. Where they make their money is with takeout. A steady stream of customers picking up their called-in orders. I always enjoy Srinagar. Good prices, nothing fancy, responsive service AND (what I like in Philadelphia) BYOB.

We got: -Samosa Chat: We usually start with this when we're here, and for good reason: it's always a great appetizer. The mixture of flavors and textures is really nice. -Tulip Dumplings: This was my first time trying this dish at Spice. The filling texture was kind of dry and off-putting, and I didn't really taste any of the promsied shrimp or crabmeat. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I personally would not order these again. -Cauliflower Bezule: Another first time ordering this here, but it was the opposite of my dumpling experience. This cauliflower was delicious! It was super crispy, and bathed in a really rich and savory coconut sauce. This is an app I would get again. -Lamb Korma: The lamb was cooked well and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. One note: We ordered this with a "medium" spice level and it didn't have any heat whatsoever. I would have appreciated some heat to balance out the weetness of the sauce. Service here is always good; the waitstaff is so nice! They also are quick to make drink refill rounds and clear away any empty plates. I also like Spice for having both Indian and Thai menus to choose from. Makes it easier when groups want different cuisines for dinner.
