The karaoke stage is fit for a QUEEN - letting everyone know who the singer is and making sure all eyes are on them. Why 3 stars, you ask? It's quite the simple. The lady inputting the karaoke requests had a horrible attitude. She skipped over patrons, and did not follow the order of people signing up. That's fine, but when asked when we'd be up, she had asnarky response and couldn't tell us when we would be able to grace the stage with our presence . When she explained it was going to be later than the others due to the error I agreed to take the chicken cheese steak provided they put the mayo on the side . Have to say last friday night there was a disaster....the bar trnder doug is thee best always 1st and foremost never and issue with him and he is always on the ball and very friendly....however... my friends order food and waited over an hour for mozz sticks...3 different people told us 5 more minutes...we asked to speak to a manager and a young girl came to the table and said the same thing 5 more minutes and when they finally came out they were cold...we waited and waited for our waitress to bring drinks....i paid the whole tab and was very disappointed Also.....i feel as if management should really be on top of people crowding the tables ...they stand in the walkways/aisles, horse around, spliiling drinks all over tge floors and completely crowd people at the high tops who are trying to enjoy dinner, drinks and good times not to mention waiters and staff couldn't even get by this is an issue......seems as if it keeps getting worse.....hopefully the owners and management step up the game read more

What a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I ordered take out from Shenanigans last night after a day of snowboarding at Big Boulder. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimp, the Lake Harmony Burger, and a Turkey BLT Wrap. We even got a couple Long Island Iced Teas to go! The shrimp were incredible, and the sandwiches were delicious! I can honestly say that the French fries we got with our meals were some of the best we have ever had! The prices were reasonable, and the portions were LARGE! Very grateful that this restaurant is offering some great take out eats during Covid! The highlight of the experience had to be the awesome staff though! Very respectful, fast service, and friendly! The place we wanted to go had an hour long wait, so Shenanigans was nearby and looked fine from the outside, so we took a chance. Our party of 9 was seated right away and that was the highlight of the visit. We waited at least 10-15 minutes for our drink order to be taken and another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. There weren't that many patrons, so there was no excuse for the drinks to take so long. My wife ordered a burger that was supposed to be medium, but was undercooked. She wound up not eating most of it. My brother in law ordered his burger medium, but his came out well done. My daughter ordered chicken wings and her dinner came out at least 10 minutes after everyone else's meal. The waiter was rarely seen except when he took our order and brought it too our table. I understand how restaurants are short handed, but we have been to several since our visit and this is the only one that was subpar. Even our kids said it was not good. I wanted to give a shout out to one of their employees, Sidney. The kitchen was backed up due to an unexpected and sudden staffing issue, resulting in delays with seating. Possibly the worst managed bar I've ever been to. Went to meet some business associates. Sat at the table and ordered a drink. I was told that they couldn't serve me because they already had three tabs open at the table. (We are all on expense accounts and must pay separately). I offered to pay cash for each transaction and was denied. I offered to sit at the table next to the group and was told I couldn't do that because she already knew I was with the group. The server then asked if I needed a menu. I asked if I could order food and was told that I could but only if I put it on someone else's bill. Unbelievable. I'm certain the server is sick of her bosses telling her to enforce such a bad policy but she handled all of this incredibly poorly. 8/3/17: A true Gem! Family friendly! Great food and portion sizes! We stopped here after along day at crossing. I had the rigatoni pasta with salmon in a lemon cream sauce. For Dessert a slice of Chocolate Cake. Around 9:30pm a live band started playing my 19 month old was very happy and jammed along with the band! Another portion of the staff had their mask hugging the bottom of their chin spraying saliva into the atmosphere and into the customers face and food. I was so disgusted I kindly paid the bill and since my parents food are elderly and I didn't want to risk their health so we left promptly with no plans of every returning. Just to be on the safe side for the remainder of our trip we only dined at establishments that were compliant with mask and safety regulations. Bravo crew on dinner shift 8/27/2020!! I am vacationing at split rock for a few days with my son. We came about 6:30pm. A super cranky man was being extremely rude about his togo order. I am in the restaurant business 20+ years so I tend to be super aware of these things. He definitely didn't help during a busy hour. I feel for you guys! We were seated outside. I wish I am better with names, unfortunately I am not. But we had a great server. The other server whom sat us was so nice and it was very clear all 3 servers were running. They all were so busy and yet very calm and polite to all the guest. The food was amazing! Garlic parm wings were perfectly cooked. And my chicken quesadilla was so good I lost some of it to my 9 year old. I wish I could remember my servers name (I'm awful at names) we will call her "blond braid". Because she's blond and had a braid‍ We went to Lakeview the night before. While the servers were nice, it seemed like an annoyance we arrived 5mins before opening. Come to your establishment at a hectic busy hour and your employee's couldn't be happier to see us! I know restaurant owners/mangers can't be there all the time.
