It seemed fair and most of the other companies advertised around $120/month. January 15th, 2025 I received an email stating my new monthly price was going to be $181/month starting February 15th. Expect whatever they state as the on-going monthly rate to nearly double. No, I probably didn't read the fine print on the lease agreement. I assumed that a concrete floor with 3 walls and a door would just need a signature affirming I don't plan to live in it so that's on me. It's a horrible bait-and-switch business model...

Green Hair should be fired for failing to do her job and for yelling at multiple tenants (I video everything). Why isn't she afraid of losing her job? Absolutely a huge waste of time. When I first got my 5x10 it was $50 a month. I only paid that 1…read moremonth then they immediately kept raising my rent FOR NO REASON they had not done anything to make it worth $85 a month. Is somewhat clean but if you're charging almost $100 a month it should be way better than what it is. And it'll keep increasing which is why I ended my rent. Every time I tried to call about why my rent was increasing no one answered. Not helpful at all.
