When I tried to describe our design (color, number of cards needed, etc.), I was rudely cut off mid-sentence only for the man on the other side of the call to repeat, verbatim, "same day or next day for simple, five days for more complicated." Not only was this interaction unnecessarily hostile from their end, I also did not get an answer to my question on turnaround time for my printing needs. I'll be looking for another local business that doesn't treat customers so poorly on first impression.

The poster print won't be ready until next week. The booklets were ready on time and I picked them up today. Very convenient. The only issue is they said when they would be ready but no confirmation. The clerk had to look around to find my order but finally did. Glad it worked out.
