Horrible service. Whoa! If you are a local or in the community I wouldn't step foot in this gas station ever again! I asked for help bc their car wash double charged my card, both the staff members "Kelly" and the bald man was so rude to me I was baffled. I came in as soon as it happened and when I got to the counter u was confronted with rude looks, Kelly denied helping me immediately when I explained to her what happened.. she immediately said it was my fault. I told them I work close by and I could just take a car wash chip if they didn't want to refund me one of the car washes. They said no. I can't believe a business would treat one of their locals this way. It's the principle. Even though it's 10$ I was double charged and it's only right to refund me 1, since I only got ONE CAR WASH. I just don't understand why they were so unkind and immediately unprofessional and not willing to help me. I couldn't believe it, they must both be so miserable. I'll be letting people know in the community how I was treated by this gas station and telling my bank. Shell gas stations are known to steal from their customers, especially in WA! I should have known better.... Please hire some decent staff that look presentable and act more kind to their local community. You should be ashamed stealing money from customers. Shell - Car wash issues employees no help and kept my money - Gas Stations Near Me - Seattle, Washington

If you want expensive gas come here. If you want snacks and drinks, they have plenty inside. What they don't have is anything that a driver might need for roadside assistance. For example their air compressor is out of order, and they do not sell canned air inside the shop. As a matter of fact, other than drinks and snacks, they sell very little car related merchandise. There might be a couple of gas cans or some armor all, but not much else. Also if you're thinking of vacuuming out your car, don't come here because it also is out of order. They do have a car wash, although I question if it's in order because nothing else is. It also looks a little rickety. They have a bathroom outside, but from its appearance I think I would rather try to hold it until I could get somewhere else. read more

This gas station is a joke. Half of the pumps rarely work and customer service is non existent. I only use this station when I'm on a rush since I live a couple of blocks away but I wouldn't recommend shopping here. My credit card was also locked once when I was trying to get some gas as my bank flagged their terminals as fraud, go figure. Stay away from this station. read more

This is in regard to my Shell credit card. I sent them the following and never got a reply: Not that anyone at Shell asked or cares but the reason I closed my account is after being a faithful customer for 10 years I was declined for a $200 credit limit increase after I paid off the $1967 balance in full. I'm not naive enough to think my spending has any impact on the Shell bottom line but the manner in which it was closed without an effort was a little off-putting. I went to fill up my tires with air today. I did it 3 times (each $2) and the psi kept going down on certain tires and then up on others. After the 3rd time, I went in to speak with the gas station attendant to see if I could get assistance since my 4th tire was not filling. His response was that he did not know how it worked and to go elsewhere. I got back in my car and my flat tire notification was on (which it was not on before) I started trying to fill up my tires. I went to a 76 down the street and their pressure gauge showed that although the Shell station one said the correct one on theirs for 3/4 tires that it was much lower by about 20 psi. The 4th tire was actually almost completely empty and had 5 psi (started with 35 psi). I am frustrated because the air pump is definitely broken and there was no action done to 1) help me fill my tire when it was not working, 2) refund my purchases. read more

Fire these bums and start over! Every time I buy gas or anything I feel disrespected as if I'm wasting their time. Always an attitude, and sly comments for no apparent reason. The homeless encampment outside the station while you pump your gas is classic slum. I will shop elsewhere ... no signs of change and It's been years now. Places like these will cut the petroleum to make a profit, which is a problem you won't see. Always judge a vendor by the customer care. You don't mock your patrons and expect future business. I tend to avoid this place for one reason: the buttons on the gas pumps are frequently broken. This means that you are unable to get gas rewards with whatever loyalty plan you happen to have, because you can't press the button to redeem them in the first place. You can go inside, but it takes too much time. This problem seems to persist on multiple pumps as well. Go somewhere else. Update:this place apparently has the world's slowest pumps. read more

I have never successfully used the pumps nearest the store without going inside. Card readers are frequently labeled broken, and when they aren't labeled they're still broken. Don't expect a receipt at the pump, either. I don't think they ever refill the paper. Worst gas station experience I've ever had. I would rank this gas station above the outrageous housing cost as the worst part of Green Lake. read more

Bad service! This happened during my stressful moving day: Rented a Uhaul van from their location and got a confirmation email a week before. Went there and the person at register said they couldn't rent me the van because she doesn't have the keys. OK, understandable. She then called the Manager of store. Told us to wait. Then 10 minutes later, she told us rudely that we can't rent the van. The manager simply said "no" and provided NO SOLUTION whatsoever. We were basically told to leave empty handed although I see three Uhaul vans parked infront of the station. We were left there shocked by how they don't care about their customers at all. THE BAD REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE REFLECTS THEIR STORE! Luckily Uhaul customer service redirected me to a new location spot but we lost some precious time and mileage for the van. Ps. The new location was also a Shell gas station and the person at register processed my van just fine. read more

Let's face it, gas is effen expensive everywhere. I drive past this place every other morning on my way to school, and I never stop here 'cause the gas's usually more expensive. But the other day on my way to the grocery store I noticed gas was 4 cents cheaper, and if you pay cash they knock off 7 cents. This is the worst, dirtiest, and slowest Shell gas station I have ever been to, but its the closest to this part of Greenlake. Gas pumps, when working, are slow. If you want a receipt, wait for it, wait for it, say no to car wash, you really don't want one of those here, wait some more, then say yes for it to print.... Ha! No more paper. Lock your car and go inside and ask for a receipt from mean looking cashier. I will go elsewhere for my gas now. read more

Terrible customer service. I took my car to get it washed. The machine malfunctioned and I ran inside to tell the guy working there. He treated me very rudely, stating at times that it was "my fault" even though it was just a machine malfunction. He seemed to have zero sense of urgency even though I told him my young son was waiting in the car alone while I waited for him to (slowly) finish up with other customers and finally work the register to give me a new code. As I left he scolded me to be more careful. He could have handled it so much better--I can't help but notice his disdain for me but reasonable politeness he gave to the men in the store. I have a 12 gallon tank and even after cruising on fumes in the past, the most I've ever been able to fill up my tank is 11 1/2 gallons. I needed gas and stopped at this station tonight - either my tank magically grew to 13 gallons with more room for gas or they changed their measuring gage to benefit their pocket books. I was at this place on a Saturday, and 4 of the 8 pumps were broken. After waiting for 1 of the other 4 working pumps to be free, I pull up, and the credit card machine at this pump is broken. So, I go inside, and the woman working tells me the inside credit card machines is broken, so she can only take debit. I was running in fumes and needed to jump on the I-5, so I waited for one of the 3 out of 8 credit card accepting unleaded gas giving pumps. Mental note to self - avoid this place at all costs. read more

This is a very scary place in the evening. The service is not wonderful and there are a lot of characters standing around outside in the shadows or inside the carwash. The grass area by the tire pump has used needles. Security would be great and it would be nice if they carried ice. read more

I have bought $50-70 worth of gas here for many years b/c if it's convenient location. Never again. Bought a car wash today. Didn't print out, had to go in for receipt, wait in line. Had to come back for wash as was out of time. Did. Didn't work. Tried 3x. Took code, did not sense car. Parked, again, waited in line. Again. Asked for $ back. Attendant came out punched code in says " it works" Nope. It doesn't. Tried again 2x. Left, parked, waited in line. "we don't give cash back". Went back out to car for credit card. Came back in. "I need your receipt" , which he'd already had, he punched in the damn code. I said no. He narrowed his eyes, sneered & yelled at me. Lovely customer service. $3500/yr loss for $6 car wash? I used to live in the area. About a month ago, I needed gas and remembered this station. Pulled in and most of the pumps were not working. OK - maybe their gas truck didn't come in or there was some electrical problem. Two days ago, I was on fumes and pulled in. Put in my discount number. Had a discount but system wouldn't recognize it. Tired again. System took the discount but by the time I choose which gas I wanted, gas wouldn't pump then the system suddenly, magically jumped back to the regular price. I caught it so cancelled my transaction and tried again. Got to the pumping step with the discount showing but pump still wouldn't pump. Pushed the intercom. No answer. Changed pumps. New pump wouldn't take discount. Tired again. Recognized discount then said, "See Cashier." Went inside. First person I talked to passed me off to someone else. The only bright spot was the second person tried to help. The whole transaction took WAY to long. In short, I won't be back. read more
