I asked for help bc their car wash double charged my card, both the staff members "Kelly" and the bald man was so rude to me I was baffled. I came in as soon as it happened and when I got to the counter u was confronted with rude looks, Kelly denied helping me immediately when I explained to her what happened.. she immediately said it was my fault. I told them I work close by and I could just take a car wash chip if they didn't want to refund me one of the car washes. They said no. I can't believe a business would treat one of their locals this way. It's the principle. Even though it's 10$ I was double charged and it's only right to refund me 1, since I only got ONE CAR WASH. I just don't understand why they were so unkind and immediately unprofessional and not willing to help me. I couldn't believe it, they must both be so miserable. I'll be letting people know in the community how I was treated by this gas station and telling my bank. Shell gas stations are known to steal from their customers, especially in WA! I should have known better.... Please hire some decent staff that look presentable and act more kind to their local community. You should be ashamed stealing money from customers. Figuring I'm so often a paying customer of this gas station, I stopped in, not to get gas, but to clean my windshield. I've done this at gas stations in the past and never had a problem. The employee fires out the door and literally yells at me for cleaning my windshield without paying for gas. I told him I fill up there all the time and just needed a couple minutes to clean my windshield. After more yelling from the employee, he agrees to let me park in one of the open spots to finish what I was doing. Normally, I would be on my way and leave it at that, but I decided I wanted to talk to this guy a little more. I went inside and told him I understand I was blocking a pump, and that he could have asked politely for me to move and I gladly would have done so. This guy was so shockingly stubborn and unapologetic, it got to the point it was actually amusing to me. I was informed there are 6 millions gas consumers available to this gas station (apparently this guy thinks they get customers from every inch of the State of Washington) and that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. I think I'll take him up on that.
