This is my and my spot to stop for a gas and snacks. Abdi who works in the afternoon is the best! He's so kind to my kids and asks them about their sports (which we're usually coming from) and makes little jokes with them. Great place and great people :) read more

I come here every night after I finish at the gym. The employee, Abdi, is there almost everytime I come in. He is so friendly and personable we end up talking for 5 to 10 minutes. Sometimes its just little things like that that can make my day just a little better. read more

This seems to be a fine gas station to me. When I filled up there were plenty of available pumps. No contactless pay method but you can pay with credit card at the pump. I give them credit for not annoying me with loud commercials on distracting screens at the pumps as some other stations do. I appreciate that there is a car wash on site. read more

I paid for a car wash. Pulled in, apparently a bit too far. It would not allow me to back up, told me a payment was due. I spoke to the cashier. He checked and said the car wash was used. He look at my car and saw it was not used for me. He issued a new pass code, mansplained how to use it, and the same thing happen. Rather than acknowledge that his system has a problem he denied me a refund. I have used this many times before and others, if you go an inch too far at less than 1 mile an hour, it should allow you to readjust instead of telling you to exit and eating up the money. I drive an electric car, I have long boycotted Shell. Thought it would be okay if there was not gas involved, but I guess a lack of morals can show up anywhere. read more

Avoid Shell on Roxbury and 28th purchased carwash on 10/12/19. Carwash broke and stopped 2 minutes after my car entered the carwash. No rinse. No dry. While I was inside store discussing situation with manager 2 more customers purchased carwash. Customers were not able to get their car washed. No refund offered. Instructed me to come back within 24 hours to use carwash. Left with soap on car. Returned 10/13/19 and Abraham did not honor promise even though carwash was repaired. Told me to contact manager Sameh tomorrow to discuss situation. .Talk about a run around and time sink. I won't be returning. Bad business practices. Poor customer service. Don't appreciate customers. Recommend avoiding this business. read more

Do not go here !! The owner or manager or what ever he is is a poor excuse for a business owner.. Went in for a car wash and it malfunctioned and stopped on me. When I went in the owner started to yell and berate me saying I had done something wrong and it was my fault!! Just asked for another car wash slip which I was given but low and behold , the car in front of me... The car washed stopped on it... So looks like might have been a mechanical issue.. I have gotten many car washes at this gas station. Last week it malfunctioned and stopped a few minutes in. The guy gave me another passcode to try it again. The 2nd time I went through it did the same thing. The guy tried to tell me I didn't have my car in park or no emergency brake on. I told him I did, I know how to use the car wash. He said the car wash is in perfect working condition. To get my money back I would have to go back the next day when his manager would be there. That is BS. I will not go back for gas or anything else at this gas station. No customer service. read more

This shell on Roxbury fails to post signs absolutely no refunds on the car wash vacuums and vacuum shampoo one machine you had to go on to purchase a vacuum each time you wanted to add time which is a hassle if you have everything out of your vehicle as you vacuum so I reloaded my car and moved fir down to the shampoo and vacuum then unloaded my car again only to find out there was no function so reloaded t car and went in for refund which was 5$ by the way there was no sign that this vacuum didn't have any suction so I got no refunds and I went to the other two vacuums just to see if they worked absolutely my daughter doll vacuum works better than any of theirs note I know why they don't have any refunds because they wouldn't make any money too bad this used to be a very well run shelll is there a new owner in the past year or management definitely the tenant wasnt nice out sorry he was rude and I felt because I was a woman i wasn't treated fairly and what happened to the American believe that the costumer is usually right. I think a fine should be issued for not posting the proper notifications of "no Refunds! definitely not using this gas station the other shells I've used in west Seattle are absolutely far better the car wash itself is good that's about it I will try to talk to the owner tomorrow read more

I never thought I'd write a review for a gas station lol, but this one was noteworthy. It's family owned and operated with remarkable service and it doesn't hurt that the gas quality is good. The owner cares about every customer is very pleasant, you can use their restroom even when you don't buy anything, convenience store is very clean and the outside seems well maintained. I've only used the carwash a few times and it was good just doesn't seem to blow all the water off when drying. I love gasing up here because I get a personal treatment not very common when stopping by a gas station. read more

I used to get gas from here pretty regularly. It's usually not a problem if you're paying with a card since it can all be done at the pump - just like most gas stations. I would also occasionally go through the car wash there with no hassles. However, I recently used the car wash but the LED sign in the car wash said I had to move my car further left. I did so but my tires started rubbing against the guard rail. Finally, it just said the wash was complete but it never even started. So I go in, tell the cashier the problem and ask if he could give me a new code. He responds, "I give you code 3-4 times and you will do it wrong again." Uh, what? Anyways, I tell him I'm not interested in arguing about whose fault it is, so if he can just give me a refund, instead. He says he can not because as far as the car wash computer is concerned, the code was used. I told him that he'd either have to give me a refund or a new code because I definitely did not get a car wash. He gives me a new code, all the while lecturing me on how I did it wrong - even though he didn't actually witness it at all: "You're not going in straight enough.", "You can only go 4 inches one way or the other.", etc. So I take the bait and say that maybe there's something wrong with the car wash. He then says, "How can it be wrong? It's a computer!" You mean the computer that can't tell if the car wash was actually activated or not and can only tell if a code was used? Anyways, he finally gives me a new code and walks out to the car wash with me and we both see the car that was behind me having the same issue with the car wash as I did. So yeah, I'm not coming back here again unless I'm feeling like getting lectured about how I'm doing it all wrong. read more

Oh, I wish I had read the reviews! BUT who reads reviews of GAS STATIONS! I've lived in the neighborhood for 20 years. Same thing as the other reviewers. Paid for gas & a car wash. Get inside car wash, the sign keeps saying "pull forward". Now I'm at basically at the exit. Machine starts up BEHIND me. I go inside & say that I need a new code or a refund. The clerk who says his name is "Joe" begins to berate me (just like the previous reviewers) & say that if he gave me a new code I would just do it wrong again, that he couldn't give refunds & then demanded to know why I couldn't hear the car wash. Yeah. All that. So looking at the previous TWO YEARS of people complaining about the car wash - you have to wonder how much money those $6 to $8 adds up to in fraudulent charges. read more
