This place sucks ass, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what any customer should reasonably expect. From the lack of organization to the poor communication and apparent carelessness during the visit, the entire operation felt chaotic and unprofessional. As I am writing this comment, I've been sitting here for 40 minutes. I arrived expecting a routine service and instead left frustrated by delays, confusion of the staff who is the guy walking around like he own the place. He's not even doing anything about this delays and the apparent inability of staff to manage even basic tasks efficiently. At this point, it honestly feels like a group of chimpanzees can run this place better. While I understand mistakes can happen, the overall level of incompetence and disregard for customer service was unacceptable. I don't think I'm coming back to this place ever again.

When it came to pricing, I was pleasantly surprised given the fact that Volvo, even as old as ours is, still falls under the category of "European luxury" normally with very high repair costs. The actual cost of everything fell below the national average for the job. They made an almost 80 year-old Vietnam veteran very happy and he was very pleased with the work they did on his Volvo XC90. When I got there they asked me what I wanted and instantly got to work. Think the entire process took about a half hour, so I left to eat but they let me know if it was going to take longer or that it was ready! They offered snacks and drinks while waiting. The receptionist was also very sweet and even though there was a little communication trouble we were able to talk. Would definitely come back here again and recommend !!

Because of the price tag, we didn't get all the brake pads done; instead we took it to a family friend who is a mechanic the following weekend. The mechanic found that, not only were the brake pads (the ones we had in changed) actually in good shape, they never change the brake fluid nor the other two brake pads. For an oil change that should've taken at most 30 minutes, and cost no more than $100, we wasted time and resources at this establishment. If they offer you anything, but an oil change, steer clear.

First they tell me my drain plug is stripped and no one could get it out (3 different mechanics there supposedly tried). Previous oil changes, my drain plug would be removed manually with a wrench and had no reason to be stripped. They finally tell me they were able to get it out but with a power tool and showed me the stripped plug to tell me I needed a new one. The power tool definitely stripped it for this lie to be sold. That's when they said we will give you a free new one if you leave us a 5 star Google review and I had to do it in front of them. Then, guys proceeds to tell me the biggest lie yet. He says my oil pan had damaged threads and I will be have a big oil leak unless I pay $700 to install a new one at their shop. I say no thanks can't do that right now and leave. Over the next month and a half, I indeed had oil leak ruining my driveway. Eventually I got fed up and knowing nothing much about cars I got under my hood and saw immediately what happened. Took a video sent it to a mechanic friend and he confirmed. The oil filter had been left lose on purpose and oil was leaking all around it... the oil filter was wet with oil. I took it off put it back on night and tight this time and never had any more oil leaks. Shame on this auto shop for trying to scheme on me. Women should be able to go to auto shops alone and get honest prices and honest work done. This is beyond fucked up and I hope this business fails. If they did it because I had the Groupon, take your listing off of Groupon then. People who are struggling and looking for discounts can't afford to be lied to and forced into a money grab scheme.
