My wife brought her car in for an oil change; the employees found that she needed to change your brake fluid and her brake pads. She proceeded to wait about two hours for her car to be done, and $800 later she was finally ready to go. Because of the price tag, we didn't get all the brake pads done; instead we took it to a family friend who is a mechanic the following weekend. The mechanic found that, not only were the brake pads (the ones we had in changed) actually in good shape, they never change the brake fluid nor the other two brake pads. For an oil change that should've taken at most 30 minutes, and cost no more than $100, we wasted time and resources at this establishment. If they offer you anything, but an oil change, steer clear. read more

Have been here several times and it's ultimately a hit or miss. Have had some great experiences, but also have had a few times where the mechanic will try to "pull a fast one" and say something needs to be urgently repaired when it clearly does not if you know a decent amount about cars. They also try to charge 40$ for one wind shield wiper which I think is an ultimate scam. However, there are a couple honest mechanics here that are not looking to steal your money - just hope you get one of these guys when you come through! read more

Got my oil changed here. It was very quick took about 10 mins which was great for me I didn't even have to get out of the car for them to do it. However, the nice completed they didn't give me the sticker to put on my windshield to tell me when I had to get my next oil change, nor did they turn off the oil change require notification on my dashboard. I didn't even receive a receipt for my services. I guess it was because I was using a Groupon for 50% off. But I feel that these thing should have been done anyway. Also the Groupon said a free inspection. They didn't do any of this or inform me about anything else on my car. read more

I could actually go to Lexus and pay less. The reputable tire shop next door oh they did it for $75. This is why your shop is empty is aggressively marketing while the shop next door is always full of cars. You have an opportunity to make some changes I hope you do. read more

Came here for a routine oil change. I received a coupon in the mail for $35 off a synthetic oil change, and so I decided on this location because it is new, and not too far from my house. I visited on a weekday morning around 11 am and there was very little wait time. Pulled right in and my car was the second in line. Staff greeted me promptly and were very nice. I only waited about 15 minutes total and I was on my way out. Everything is paperless now and your receipt goes straight to your email that you provide. Very efficient and listened to my requests and did not try and upsell anything to me. I will definitely visit this location again! Keep up the good service! read more

Corporate mafia. They will literally rob you with out using a gun. Charged $ 100 for a $ 18 bottle of fuel injector cleaner you can get on eBay that they just dump in your gas tank. Every time I go there they ALWAYS say I need to change my brakes and rooters. When I get a second opinion from my mechanic he says their fine. I emailed Ace Jiffy Lube corporation about the complaint and some lady Mary Charles, a Customer Service Coordinator emails me to call her. I called her 3 times. No answer. I left her 3 ( three ) messages. Still has NOT called me back. That was 2 weeks ago! Garbage people. read more

My car went here and we bought new brakes and pads. Also had all fluids changed. Whoever did the service destroyed my vehicle and we had to spend almost $7000 on further repairs directly tied to incorrect installation of the brakes and incorrect reset of the calipers. The car started smoking from all tires and ended up being towed to dealership which meant my vehicle was out of service for three months. This place is ridiculous. Do not go here. read more

Let me start by saying that service was good. But I don't recommend them for anything other than an oil change. Prices are high. Went in for a an oil change and they told me my brakes needed changing, o was already there and the price of $600 sounded ok to change the brakes. The employee did not explain that was only for the rear breaks! I felt ripped off. Here was the final price: - 2 break pads $199 (really?!?!) -2 rotors $199 -shop supplies $18 -brake fluid replacement $99 -labor $109 Do yourself a favor. Get a quote or two somewhere else. What a mistake bringing my car here for an oil change, they wanted over $100 for an oil change on my 2016 Honda CRV. I had pre-paid for an oil change with regular oil which I thought was a good deal but ended up feeling ripped off with the huge up charge for synthetic. Wait time was way too long and location seemed understaffed and the waiting area was unpleasant with tv blaring. Will never come here again. Short sighted business practices that serve to completely eliminate repeat business. read more

Back on 1/17/21 I had a simple oil change done. Everything went fine. The next day on the way to work I noticed a sound like Something was dragging on the bottom of my car and I smelled a burned rubber smell. When I got to work and parked I noticed that my front bumper guard and splash shield for the bottom of my car was incorrectly replaced, damaging the parts, I've had to replace these parts before and it's a couple hundred bucks, so I contact one of the managers and he assures me they'll handle it and told me not to order any parts. So now it's been 3 months and I call about twice a month to get updates on my parts. They always tell me the managers aren't there or that the parts were JUST ordered. There's no communication, there's no accountability, or responsibility for allowing a "new employee" to work on my vehicle without checking his work afterwards or at least being supervised. I was promised free replacement parts and I'm pushing 4 months, I've ordered these parts before and I've gotten them in 3 weeks! read more
