I cannot understand how a business that functions in the 21 century counties to use 1980s…read moretechnology when it comes to their gas pumps. Screens that are nearly impossible to read with their 1980 LCD faded gray monitors. The software is as outdated and unable to keep up with the touchscreen entries that fade out and if it's cold outside forget it. Nearly impossible to see in daylight as well. Slow as molasses, often having to restart the process because it just kicks you out for no reason. Just a joke not just this location but all of them. Their ha prices are generally a little hire than other stations.

I know when you see "World Famous Chicken" you may think it's just an advertisement, however, I can…read moreattest that it is the truth! Anytime I land in Baltimore (or any area with a Royal Farms) I make it a point to stop in and get my fix of Chicken (Pieces or Tenders) and Wedges. I am unable to detail exactly what it is about this chicken, however, Royal Farms has mastered the art of Crispy Chicken on the Outside while remaining Juicy on the Inside. Furthermore, the seasoning blend is spot on. If the seasonings were sold in packets, I would buy some. LoL!!! The wedges are always perfectly made. The addition of the batter adds to the flavor and texture profile as well as enhances the bite to crunch ratio of the wedge experience. Can you tell how much I love it?? LoL!! As a customer, I appreciate that no matter what Royal Farms I go into, the flavor profile and food quality that I have grown to love and appreciate is always the same. If you're into dipping sauces, Royal Farms has a Sweet & Sour that shuts the flavor game down and when paired, adds a level elevating experience to the tenders and wedges. The marriage of Sweet and Salty really becomes a taste bud focused party in your mouth. LoL!!!!!!! To my personal pleasure, I ate my 5 Piece Spicy Tenders combo so quickly I was unable to capture an image. Sorry y'all!

New Town Sunoco - Putting gas in the car

Let me paint you a picture. I was sitting on the couch and get that sweet tooth. So I hop in my car…read moreand drive down the street to this gas station which I've been to many times. I peruse the aisles tryng to make that perfect decision. It felt like Indiana Jones trying to choose the right cup. Finally!!! I see the perfect choice BEN& JERRY'S ice cream. Flavor of choice New York fudge Chuck. A perfect choice for a hot summer day. Fast forward. I get home and get to the kitchen grab a spoon and start to dig in. First bite hits me. Expecting a creamy yummy chocolatey bite of ice cream. BUT NOOOOOOOO!!! It was a chalky crunchy bite. The freezer had let the ice cream melt and refeeze. I don't know if you ever had ice cream like this but it makes it like you're eating chocolate ice chips. Disgusting!!!! I'm heartbroken. I did not have time to go back again. So I go back a couple days later. I went up to the counter now to purchase some milk, and not ice cream because that trust is broken instead a milky way. I explained to the cashier what happened. This man proceeds to lecture me on how to return items. Saying I needed to come back the day of. First off I'm not a child don't lecture me on return poilcy. Second you shouldn't have sold me a product that was not defective in the first place. Third there should not even have been a debate. It should have been a simple "ok our product is bad let me take care of this for you." In no way was I trying to pull a fast one. I showed him one bite out of the ice cream. The line was growing behind me it was a busy Friday night, and I was not trying to make a big deal. The people behind me were really cool saying "just take the man's ice cream back." But dude behind the counter wanted to be a hard-ass and seemed to lecture me a 35yr old about how to buy and return. Let me explain something to you Mr. Cashier guy. It would have been no skin off your back to take back the ice cream give me a new one and move on. Yes maybe the owner would have had to eat a few dollars. Or maybe the supplier would have had to eat a few dollars. But instead you made the customer/consumer eat the cost. I don't live by the code of the customer is always right. That's a bunch of BS. In this situation if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and looks like a duck. It's probably a duck!!! So next time instead of making a mountain out of a molehill. Take a second Mr. Cashier and think if the customer is really just a genuine person trying to make a simple return, and kill his sweet tooth. P.S.. the vacuums at this establishment are also set on like a minute thirty seconds
