Prime Care Auto

Prime Care Auto

Following back on my previous review as I've recently gotten a second service job done with Prime…read moreCare Auto. My car is fine and this second service was a routine oil change followed by a job that would help with the alignment of my car recommended on the first service job about 8 months ago. The crew and Siwan work exceptionally hard and there's a constant flow of customer base with a wide variety of brands, makes, and models. There's a ton of pros I can give off but I think the primary one is the fact that Siwan is customer first. Don't want to give all the details but just know he will take care of you because he has a perspective unlike most. There's no perfect experience and the one con I will give is their delegation of workflow. I think if there was an admin assistant to take care of majority of front of house, appointments, paperwork, etc. it would take it to another level than it already is. Siwan seems aware of this and is seeking good help to manage the flow. Nonetheless a great experience again. 5 stars

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

This is the message I wrote to Thomas Showalter…read more Hello Tom, I pray all is well while you're away from the office. I am writing to you as a mother and a fellow human being. My daughter's car was towed somewhere between 11pm last night to early this morning . She had a parking sticker in the car for her boyfriend's apartment complex which fell on the floor. I understand the legal process of the permit not being visible. My issue is with the woman that was in the office answering the phones. She is rude, disrespectful, disheartening, obnoxious, unprofessional, unpleasant, doesn't have regard for human life, and speaks on situations she doesn't know about. She told me my daughter needs to be more responsible when it comes to parking pass placement. I was trying to explain to her that she should not speak on situations she doesn't know about. My daughter had just come from Children's National Hospital from visiting her sister who is ill. It was the middle of the night and she was tired, so she stopped at her boyfriend's house to rest before returning to campus. A parking pass falling off was the last thing she was thinking about. The campus was another 25-30 minutes away. I rather have an alive daughter than a tired one on the road. Your worker says while yelling nastily in the phone, "and I have a sister who died from cancer too. You are not the only one who has someone dying from cancer." How is that relevant in this situation? I never spoke on her situation nor did I tell her to be more responsible with something. She spoke on matters she has no clue about and then tried to justify it with comparison. I was trying to paint her a picture of how this could have happened. She went totally left. There was no reason for her to respond in this manner and escalate the conversation. Her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. She claims to be the manager but when I called back to speak to the manager by name, the staff said she wasn't there. So I doubt the person I was speaking to was the actual manager. I would pray that the manager would have more poise, class, integrity, and respect for their fellow humans. I am not asking for anything but for you to address this worker's behavior. Thank you for reading this if you read this far. Stay blessed.
