The casino is nearby and tons of people are grabbing food that is cheaper than casino restaurants. I didn't mind the crowd. The lack of staff made it a challenge for us and them. The nice person making beverages was overwhelmed. She asked for backup. The cashier was by herself and a bit flustered. The men's room was gross and out of toilet paper. The smoothie was amazing. It was a vessel for whipped cream. The iced coffee was enjoyed by hubby. This location serves lots of different traffic. Most customers didn't want to use the (quicker) self registers.

The kitchen area is very clean and all the times I've been here the food is always fresh. Unlike some other RoFo locations. This location is VERY GENEROUS when it comes to the portion sizes. Some locations ACTUALLY COUNT THE NUMBER OF FRIES which is ridiculous for the inflated prices being charged in 2024. This location actually FILLS THE BOX UP which is a major plus. The store is fully stocked and highly organized. It's a new store. The bathrooms are clean and the overall store is clean as well. The trash cans are not overflowing nor is the coffee area mismanaged. All the milk and creamers are up to date and fresh. The soda area is fully stocked with cups and lids. As well as no soda residue on the counters. The employees are very friendly, social & professional. This location has a car wash as well as vacuums. The food has always been fresh all the times I've been here. Day & Late nights which is another major plus. So many other RoFo locations when you go late at night. The food is nowhere near fresh and the chicken is almost hard as a rock. The pricing of the food items and merchandise can however be cheaper though. Overall A+++++++++ The only downfall is despite being the year 2024. There's no EV Supercharger at this location for electric vehicles.

When I went to pay at the machine through the car wash line I got an error message. My husband goes here occasionally and was with me so I thought maybe I swiped my card the wrong way. He told me to swipe it again in another direction. Again, I still received the error message so I tried another credit card to no avail. I had to go inside to get assistance. I had asked him a few questions about the machine but had a hard time understanding him. There was a communication barrier. I paid and on my receipt there was a code to type in at the machine. I went through the car wash and was not pleased with the outcome. It wasn't clean to my satisfaction (spotty in areas such as trunk lid and tires) and it didn't dry completely. Guess you get what you pay for. At the very least the dust was washed off. In a pinch I would come here but I would go elsewhere for a thorough wash.
