I live right next to it, so if I'm low on gas, and don't have time to deal with Costco Gas lines or got myself too low to empty to risk it, I go here. They have decent prices for the area, and I use my Shell/Giant rewards here too. They have a decent stocked convenience store, people keep to themselves or are friendly (never had any problems here) and they also have a car wash. read more

Went to use giant points it came up $.40 off. Then had a problem with the pump went inside. Employee came out did it again and it came up $.15 off. He said take it up with the credit card company. When you pay cash inside. They choose high grade for you. Even you fuel 87 (lower grade) but it will charge you super grade. And the difference will go to the owner or cashier (since you paid cash). Even you point out the error. They will not fixed for you. They will ask you to call the customer service number. However since it is an independent franchise store. Customer service has no power to do anything. Customer will have to pay the $20+ difference. Since it is not big amount you can even call police or lawsuits anything in this incidences. This gas station is in close proximity to the BWI rental car center as well as major freeways. This Shell has a 7-Eleven and a mechanic shop all rolled into one location. Also there are additional nearby eateries for those that do not want to eat at 7-Eleven. Prices are reasonable. read more

I went to get gas and thought I should check my tire pressure. When I went to put quarters in the air machine, a man working in the gas station's garage offered to put air in my tires for free so I wouldn't get dirty or use up my change. He said to come stop by for a quick service anytime. So nice!!! read more

Mike is the best! After our car started making noise on a trip home down 95, we ended up at the Waterloo Shell. Mike provided superior service. He took time out of his busy afternoon to listen to my explanation of the problem, drive the car around, and figure out the problem (broken rear shock). He took time to diagnose and explain the problem, showing care and concern for the kids, and reassured us that the drive home would be safe if we could not get it repaired immediately. Mike's honesty, integrity, and kindness are admirable. I would definitely recommend this station and will certainly be back if I'm in the area again. read more

He is very clear about what the issues are and completely up front about what the solutions will cost BEFORE doing the work. The setup of this gas station is annoying! It's always overcrowded and the truckers will cut you completely off. It sucks that it's so annoying there when it's the most convenient for anyone entering 95 North. A plus is The cashier inside is always friendly whenever I need to go in. read more

The signage for this shell station can be misleading as it largely displays the cheapest but only if paid with cash AND car wash, otherwise it is 20-40 cents more than seen from the street. Check before your pump here. read more

Avoid this place to save your hard earned money. I took my car to this place to get my alternator replaced in my car and the person told me that I have to replace my battery also as it is completely dead and he can not give guarantee on the alternator if the battery is not replaced.They misguide you to squeeze your money. I asked him not to change the battery as I bought it only 6 months ago and also bought an alternator myself from the nearest Auto shop for $ 180. He charged me $ 129 for replacing the alternator and Extra $ 45 for checking the alternator before and after replacement and $ 15 for charging the existing battery. I don't understand the extra $ 45 change as I'm already paying for replacing the alternator. If I would have listened to his words and bought New Battery and alternator from him, I end up in paying $ 750. Now my car is working fine but I ended up paying more price for Labor cost. All in all he spent 45 mins to replace my alternator and changed $185. He did not even explain about the charge when I asked about it and only said that I have to pay it. read more
