Our foreign family that run the BP/ Subway have found another way to rip off customers. I needed…read moreair for my tire it was pretty low so I will go to the place nearby and guess what I got two dollars worth of quarters went outside to one of the air pumps made sure the switch was on air not vacuum and it did not work. I tried adjusting the pressure that didn't work. The glass protecting the numbers was all broke up so it looked like the machines both air vacuum machines haven't been tended to in a long time. So I go in and tell the guy working behind the counter a foreign guy and I let him know that he has ripped me off $2.00 I explained to him the air pump does not work he says air pump no work no it does not. You took my money and I'm pretty sure you know it doesn't work. He say it was working, I say you know it doesn't work but you keep charging people to use them. Be honest put a sign up that says they don't work. Instead of ripping people off. Don't go there they are theives.

This adds time to morning commutes, and often involves walking to the office to obtain a receipt, in adverse weather conditions. I've spoken to the station manager many times about this. He claims that he has repeatedly made requests for repair to Citgo, to no avail. Gas stations are not a rare commodity and competition is steep, especially on this particular road. Customers can (and eventually will) take their business elsewhere. Unfortunately, if the pumps are not repaired soon, I will be compelled to drive two-feet down the street to the next station, that will likely provide a better-quality of convenience for their customers.

I still have used the car wash yet unfortunately but I definitely will in the near future. It isn't the single car wash like most Gas Stations have these days. Very mid 90's multiple car was units to park your car and clean it. The market is clean. Auto supplies right up front at the register. Typical cold drinks and bagged snacks. There is a lot of hot food competition at yhis intersection so I'm not surprised BP didn't partake in selling any. Not for certain if there is a bathroom, definitely something I will look into next time. Overall it's a gas station there isn't too much you can really as for and, the things you would want from a gas station they have.
