This gas station does not deserved any star at ALL. But my review wont be posted with out picking a star. Anyway, When i finished filling my gas no receipt available at machine so i have to go in to the cashier. But the door is closed and says on break and will be back at 10:10am, was there at 9:50. Someone is inside , i waved and try to get her attention but she choose to pretend not to see me. her ear pods was on her. i wasted 15 mins until another staff came in . Who also closes gas station during the "open" hours? If they are changing shift they should overlap. How frustrating. Im sure the cars came in after me was pissed off too because the lady shut the pump off while on break.. RIDICULOUS! I hope the owner of this gas station can read all the negative reviews here and do something about it. read more

Worst place to get gas, pumps don't work, I tapped my debit card to their pump it took all the money in my account never gave me gas and they're telling me the refund needs a week, terrible customer service, horrible experience, wouldn't recommend . read more

Stopped this morning because I had a flat. Nardo was exceptionally rude and told me I couldn't use the air unless I was a paying customer. Never had an issue before. Will never go back there. Went across the street. Guy was super nice. Avoid this place and especially Nardo. read more

Worst gas station I've ever experienced. It's the only one on my way to work and 2/10 times the clerk is "on a break" or just refuses to help in general. The people who work here are unresponsive and just stare at you with dead eyes and no verbal response when you have questions or even say hello. read more

Not sure what really happened here today. There was an elderly person trying to put gas in her car. She accidentally put $20 on pump 2 when it had to be pump 1. Noticed she was going back and forth. She asked me for help. The pump wasn't working. She said she put $20 on 2. I told her she is 1. She went back in. Came back out with still no solution. Went in and asked what is happening. Clerk said she put $20 on 2 and person at that pump filled their tank with her money. Told them I was at pump 2 and Filled with my debit card. No one was before me. Went ahead and paid. In my opinion I think something shady is going on here at this station. Taking advantage of elderly women. Felt so horrible. This could be my mom. Please don't go to this station. Los dos pendejos thought I was going to buy tobacco when I clearly said I wanted to buy just a lottery ticket, last time I checked you need to be 18+ to buy one. worst gas station attendant. I was there a few minutes ago and I am still raging mad a out the very rude and arrogant attendant with dark curly hair. I didn't realize that no gas was coming out of the nozzle until concerned people who experienced the same thing informed me about it.. I wanted to go inside the store to ask the clerk about the gas pump . she wouldn't open the door bec she said that the computer was down & she can't answer my question. She can manually open the door though. All she had to do was open the door, telll me what's going on & how I can get my money back. She should be fired!!!! read more

Along the coast, don't expect cheap prices, and yet, this Shell was good that way. In the San Fran Bay Area, I almost always go to Shell because of their prices. Here, I had some trouble filling the tank and I went away with about half of what I expected. I'm not sure whether it was a funky recovery sleeve that prematurely told the nozzle that it was full or what. The rest worked fine. read more

People need to start realizing that in mornings very minute count, so if you are after a long night shift, that is OK, But others just start their day, so please don't make us wait for our gas. We need to be somewhere, and we are probably running late. Like this station, but hate when I need to come here very early. My tip: Get gas the night before, you will thank me when you will not need to wait long to pump. read more

I went in to get gas, and I'm basically broke. I have 20 dollars in rolled quarters and the cashier Emmanuel said he couldnt take it, but it currency. Your a gas station, you accept all forms of payment because its income. I had to go back home on an empty tank to get cash out of my savings to come back and pay for it. And this will be the last time my family or friends will go to this station again. He was rude and apparently not intelligent to know how to count. Everytime I go there, it's rather the cashier staring at there phone or I get the wrong change back. So stop hiring negative employees who cant count. Please and thank you read more

This Shell Gas Station should be careful on what type of people they hire. I had a very unpleasant experience with an young employee named BETSY. Betsy is rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. Betsy needs to improve her people skills. I live in the general area and as long as BETSY is employed there I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Great Shell gas location to fill up. It's very easy to get in & get out. The prices are competitive too to other gas stations in the area. They have a nice convenient store as well. They also restrooms but they were out of order today. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer service ever. The chick with the nose ring who works mornings is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Also saw them denying a customer get gas one evening because all he had was a $100 bill. I would have maybe understood if the guy wanted $10 worth of gas -- but he wanted $50. The woman actually told him "I just started and you're not taking all MY change". Who the hell doesn't have $50 change to start a shift. Go elsewhere. read more

This is a pretty good gas station, with the exception that it's almost always a bit crowded since its the closest Shell in Port Hueneme. It's also hard to get out of. I got a failure to yield ticket there because when it's a busy time of day (like say around 5pm) you kind of have to throw yourself out into traffic or you'll never get a chance to get out of there. There was a slight pause between lights, I was trying to exit on the channel islands side, and people were beginning to turn right at Ventura Rd to get onto channel islands, and I am told I didn't leave enough space between me and the car turning (not that there was an accident or anything but they say it could have been). It's just overall a really difficult corner to get out of. Other than that it's a good station. read more

Excellent service all the time, never have they been rude, it just sucks I have to drive a couple miles just to get gas. But I don't mind they're employees make every fill up an interesting one, it's also next to the coin car wash so convenient on those summer days when your car looks like crap and don't wana run it through a machine wash. read more

During these days of so much mistrust and dishonesty, it's my pleasure to say this is one honest group working at this gas station. I walked away from counter leaving my wallet sitting there and drove all the way to LAX before realizing my mistake. I tried to call but there was no answer and it was hours before I could return. By the time I did make it back the shift had changed and a new worker was behind counter. Once i explained what had happen the young man started looking around and before long called the employee that had left to ask about this lost wallet. Much to my surprise, the young man pulled my wallet out from behind a hiding spot where it was nice and safe. After proving my ownership, wallet was returned completely intact. I'm very grateful for their honesty and extra effort to have my property returned to me. It saved me tons of headaches and worry and reaffirmed my faith in human nature. Give these guys a raise as I'll be coming back to buy gas here for a long time thanks again. Kudos guys read more
