I was low on gas and left my ATM card home. I pulled in here to wait for a friend to bring me some cash for gas. After a half hour sitting in my car waiting (and playing a game on my phone) the woman from behind the counter came out and said I couldn't stay there. Even after i explained the situation and that I was planning to buy gas from them she said i had to move. Screw this place. I wouldn't buy gas here if it was the last station on Earth. I'd give them zero stars if that was an option. read more

The clerk gave me the worst time just 20 mins ago! She turned the gas pump off 4 times and I had to go back into the store!! On the last time I told her I was getting upset and she said that it would definitely work this time. That's how I know she was playing me!!! Won't be back. read more

This the cheapest gas around. $3.059 with the Shell Card or cash on October 23th 2014. It is next to Sam's Club and that may be why it is so chap. Whenever I'm in the area I always get gas here. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. My situation actually happened here a couple years ago, but has lead me to risk running on empty before I'd give this location a penny of my money. I had opened my friends passenger side door to throw trash away and the wind caught it causing the trash to fall .. I was in the process and trying to clean it off of me, her door shut due to the strong wind that day. So I sat in the parked turned off car cleaning myself off before I was going to get out and pick up what dropped and throw away the rest of the trash. In this less then 4 mins a male employee ran out of the store banging on my friends car window that he was going to call the cops on is for littering and wouldn't leave us alone until I picked up the trash..some of the trash that was already on the ground was not even ours but he continued until I did.. I followed him back in the store while he continued to say some choice words in front of fellow customers. I refused to leave until he let me use the restroom to wash my hands. I contacted shell Corp offices and only received a generic ' so sorry ' letter...as far as I can see to the other reviewers, they've failed to do anything about this location. I work in customer service and I hate giving personal bad reviews against someone..but at least with my experience it was uncalled for and pretty scary for two females by their selves. read more

Lenni is EXTREMELY RUDE. Filled the car up with gas at the pump and then decided to purchase some lottery tickets. She was willing to sell us the tickets ( 1 for each of the 3 lotteries) until she was corrected about the cost. She tried to charge $3 when it's actually $4. When corrected, she wanted ID. My fiancee is 43 years old and I am 45. She wouldn't sell to either of us because his ID was packed in our luggage. I provided my ID, but she wouldn't sell them to me because HE didn't have his ID. It's not like its alcohol... get a grip. If I would have paid for gas at the same time... you would have lost that sale too. Get better employees that aren't rude to your customers or you won't have any. What ever happened to customer service with a smile? RUDE EMPLOYEES & BAD SERVICE... Soooo, me and my fiancé went into buy some low carb "white claws" (very popular alcoholic drinks) and this morning we had one mimosa with breaks fast, decided to head out of Town and wanted to pick up some drinks for when we get there the rude lady at the counter asked for both of our I.D.'s (which is illegal cause only my fiancé was holding the SIX pack of white claws) once we show her the full proof of us being well over 21 (were 24 years old) she proceeded to say she can not sell to us cause we smell like alcohol. First of all pretty sure it's not their decision how we smell, you are not a cop I have never heard of this. The lady behind the counter barley spoke English, horrible customer service no one was making a scene you know how many people stop in before heading to go drink. Used to be my go to gas station since it is conveniently located next to the freeway but now won't go back. Good job (BY THE WAY if we were buying hard alcohol I would understand) we have a right to but alcohol as people of age with the correct proof it is not your choice to post Police. These people are liars!!! The guy behind the counter right now just refused to cash out a lottery ticket stating that the machine was down. When i challenged him about lottery machines not going down he further lied and said some kid was jumping up and down onthe cables but the lottery sign is well lit up and i went back to check and there are no cables hanging down or even around that area where a child could get a hold of it. I'm a regular at all shells in this city but this establishment needs better employees! The lady(Lenny ) working the cashier is very rude! I walked up to get gas grabbed the pump and was like oh haven't swiped my card... (it's 5am I work grave and I'm tired still ) I swipe my card and it won't even let me put in the pin... I took out the card and went inside to pay ... I walk in and ask if her card reader is down. She rudely answered and said she will need to check it because she doesn't know what I did to the machine. I said oh I just tried getting gas. She said yeah from the pump or did you try card. I told her from the card she again insisted I did something to it. She checks it comes back and charges me on the card. When I went to the pump the pump kept stopping every couple seconds. Got upset and went back to her told her that pump is not working properly. She told well it is cause you pumped $6. I asked if I could switch to another pump. She told me no. So then she canceled transaction and gave a refund. She was very rude disrespectful I don't appreciate her insinuating what ? I'm stealing? Never again will I come to that place !! read more

Fantastic place to go for gas and a car wash. The service was great and the gas was the lowest I've seen in years. I got a car wash there as I have been to this car wash many times and I have no complaints, they do a great job here and I would come again. read more
