I needed to ask her to print me a receipt because it didn't print one out as I had asked on the pump. They do not have public restrooms available. In fact, they don't supply bathrooms for anyone including customers. This was generally a frustrating experience. Except that I was able to buy gas. Was getting scared to keep driving on it, so my friend that lives in Round Hill suggested I go here. I read all the reviews last night, and I have to say that they are spot-on! Some of the nicest guys ever! The nice gentleman took the tire off, checked for leaks, couldn't find anything in the tire except an old plug, but it wasn't leaking. He made sure all the tires had air, and he didn't charge me anything! I spend a lot of time in Round Hill working several months a year. I drive a 17 year old Honda Element. Really nice group of guys who are the exact opposite of every (mostly untrue) mechanic stereotype you've seen. They are friendly, they work quickly, they are honest, and their prices are more than fair. The overall customer service expierence from the front to the mechanic shop has been amazing. I had an issue with my Infiniti QX56 that needed a second look from them, and when I went back they were completely honest about what we were looking at and how it probably wasn't worth me sinking any money into it. On top of that, they didn't charge me a dime, and they definitely put a couple hours of work into it. I can't say enough amazing things about these guys, and if you're in the area, you should consider them your first choice.
