I will never get gas at this station again! I had a flat and I turned in there expecting to put some air in my tire. I went and asked the guy behind the counter to turn it on and he asked me for a receipt for gas. I understand that you need to buy gas to get free air but I just didn't happen to buy gas at that moment. I went there because I was in a bind and I just needed some air. I have been there many times in the past to purchase gas because I usually like to put chevron gas in my car. My office is literally around the corner. My commute is pretty far so I stop by here regularly. They just lost a loyal customer. My colleagues were with me so they will not be coming here from now on as well. This is more of a public service announcement than a review. This Chevron, and the 76 across the street generally charge about ten cents MORE per gallon than other nearby gas stations. One of the better automatic car washes, but still. Seven dollars and I still have spots on my car. *Sigh* You get what you pay for, I guess. But one dollar (in quarters) required to vacuum your car? Lame. I know other places that let you do that for free. And since I just shelled out 7 bones for a mediocre car wash, you think there would be something other than the $0.10 off every gallon of gas. So the credit card reader at the pump wasn't working. I went inside to pay for gas and get a carwash. When I started pumping my gas it was for the higher price without the carwash. I went back inside and told them and they told me I had to pay for it outside for the discount so my response was it is out of order. Their response was call my bank and dispute if I want. What type of customer service is that? Charge me 20 cents more per gallon of gas and their response was call my bank? Worst yet they didn't even give me the receipt of when they overcharge me to dispute it with the bank. I will never return here again. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I agree with the posters below about the Rimon employee, who is a blubbering idiot by all means. Unprofessional is 100% accurate in describing him, but that is not all. He was rude, insulting, and a down-right pathetic excuse for a human being. Obviously the posts praising him are fake. If you have ever have the chance to interact with him, consider your day ruined. I don't understand how this man isn't out of a job. And if the other employees consider him a jerk, how is he still working there? It's all very sketchy to me. I used to frequent this gas station because it was located conveniently on my commute, but there's no way I will be coming back here again. The 76 across the street is a safer bet. So I usually wash my car by hand because it's the most effective way to clean your car, but I had a 50% off coupon for this car wash and I didn't have time to hand wash, so I might as well use it, right? Read the fine print and everything. It specifically said "50% off the works wash " package. It didn't say anything else except for the expiration date. I go to the cashier. (some man with glasses and a thick accent) and I told him I want to purchase the works wash package. I hand him my coupon and he goes "Let me tell you something, the works wash isn't half off, you have to purchase 10 works wash packages to get this half off, but let me tell you what, I'll give you 2 dollars off." Are you kidding me? This man just lied to me and ripped me off. If I wanted the 2 dollar off deal, I would've asked for it. My friend actually did the same thing and he gave her the true price, which was half off. I didn't have time to stand there and argue, so I just paid for it and left. I knew he was lying because of the way he was presenting himself. Total scam artist. The car wash is just a half assed waste of space. It didn't even clean my car. There were spots of yellow debris all over my car, so I had to scrape it off with my nail. It didn't even do a decent job. This place deserves no stars at all. I'm never going back to this shady ass gas station/business. That whole area is a scam, even their gas prices. read more

I've been here many times for gas. Decided to try the carwash and had several mediocre washes from it. Nothing great, but easy and fast when you're on the go. This last carwash, the red light indicator did not come on when I entered the wash. I tried to reset the car by backing up and resetting the wheels which just caused the wash to give up on me. I went into the store to tell them it didn't work and got a very unpleasant stern lecture by the cashier on how to operate the carwash. I used the wash again and the red light indicator still did not work, but the car was washed. What ever you do, don't go over the bump... And avoid the rude staff... read more

Car wash is a rip off. $10 and all they give you is a 60 second dry cycle. That's why everyone that goes thru the car wash brings towels and are parked in the lot, drying their car. Other stations give you the same wash for $7 with a 90 second dry cycle. Your car comes out dry. read more

At first, I assumed the man was just having a bad day.. but after several visits I realized he's just not a morning, afternoon, or night person. Does anyone read gas station car wash reviews? Probably not, but hopefully the management does. Worst drive through car wash ever. I don't even know where to begin. Don't waste your time or money - and it will take a lot of both. Very slow, confusing system, prompts inside are hard to read, and you'll leave dripping and with water spots everywhere. I had assumed this was a decent wash since there always seems to be a line but now I know that's just because it is so slow and hard to use. I do have one nice thing to say. The employees inside are always very courteous. read more

Enough is enough and it's time for a change! 2018 and still a long line? Didn't know we were in Soviet Russia! And the car wash still sucks? Yes! This place can suck a golf ball through a garden hose! My friend TK was there a few weeks ago and the poor thing had to endure this abomination. I tried to give Shell the benefit of my doubt by distracting TK with elevator music. But it was to no avail. Only empathy or a clean car could bring her back to equilibrium. Unfortunately neither was clinched. The question remains...will she ever come back? Will TK stand in that dreaded line one more time? Will TK ever get her car wash on fleek? Some say she won't. I've gone here before, and use the car wash. It's nice to get some change off the price of gas if you use the car wash, but the car dryer has broken or something. I noticed the car before me waiting a long time and not moving through the dryer. He then moved out without drying his entire car. I got my wash and went to go through the dryer. It showed way over the normal 60 seconds. I thought this was great until I got half way through the dry and it turned off leaving my car to be dried by hand. Think I'll go to the regular car wash from now on, so I get a real wash. read more

Review for the car wash. Slightly sub par for the 10 dollars you have to pay, and please keep in mind this car wash takes FOREVER. 4 cars in front of you prepare to wait 30+ minutes. Especially when confused people use it who have apparently never done one of these before. There are so few easy car washes around here like this, it's a shame this one is so lame. Isn't there any bloody full service petrol (sorry, gas) stations left in the world. I certainly don't want to get out of me car to fill it up, when it's freakin pouring rain, like the monsoon season in Sub-Saharan Africa, like it was this morning......the gas station's crappy roof above my driver's door is leaking like Niagra Falls. I'm on me way to work and obviously don't feel like taking another shower, especially in my clothes. All the petrol stations just seem now to be in the car wash business.....well my car got a pretty damn good wash on the way to your gas station. Probably a heck of alot better than the car wash your trying to hustle. It's a freakin gas station, not a supermarket or convience store, gift shop, liquor store, toy store or a place to watch local television. I don't need a cold beverage, it's 48 degress outside, I don't need any dairy products, I'm not planning on having a bowl of cereal on the way to work, and I certainly don't need an action figure of Iron Man 3....I JUST WANT DAMN PETROL, that's why I came here. It would be nice to see an attendant once an a while, come out from behind their glass bunker and assist wiv putting petrol in me car. I'll pay the extra money, I DONT CARE! I just want to stay dry this morning before I go to work and I certainly don't want to get the inside of me car completely soaked. Wet leather seats, are quite slippery when your driving, not safe, especially when the roads are already slippery enough. Can you at least meet me half way Mr. Gas Man. I used to get gas from this location for almost 2 years however I don't know if the owner ship changed or not but there is tall guy with glasses working there which he is extremely rude and no manner what so ever, every time I go I remind my self not to go there anymore but I forget. My last visit I got gas and I went inside to get some lottery ticket and without letting me finish my sentence that what I need he said (with a very bad attitude ) and then, and then and he throw the ticket on me. I used the car wash a couple of weeks ago and the machine "ate" $5 without acknowledging it so I had to pay $12 for an $8 wash. I went into the station for a refund but instead got a free wash expiring today. Didn't really need another one so fast, but OK. Today I tried over my lunch time but too many cars so I came back at 5, after work. 20 minutes later I got to the front of the line and the code I was given was declared invalid. The button to summon help got zero result so I drove through and came in. The obnoxious attendant on duty, unlike the others I ran into there who were always very nice, told me that I used the code too late, it was good "by" the 28th. I told him it actually said it was still good "on" the 28th, at which point he announced triumphantly that since it was past 5 o'clock the 28th was already over!!! He obviously was raised on a different planet than this one. read more

the gas is over priced. other than that this petrol station has it all; a mart with a vast selection of libations & edibles, get your lotto fever on as well as clean your car via a drive thru car wash. the employees that work here are good peeps. it's like the show cheers where everyone knows your name. that my friend you cannot put a price tag on. read more

This gas station tries to process stolen credit card and atm numbers without the actual cards, my bank caught them.
