I'm disappointed that andy's market has essentially "sold out" to giant corporate interests. A…read moregrocery store built on the premise of healthy options now sells mostly main stream junk food products from the mega corporation Pepsico which uses very manipulative advertising and false claims. Their cereal is mostly sugar based, same effect on the brain as cocaine and proven to cause brain rot. There are few to no organic options I buy such as hummus, cereal, chips, non sweetened fruit, bread, unprocessed protein options, and milk. Personally I don't like being "served", I think required politeness and civility hurts workers by emotionally enslaving them and isn't authentic to the history of the products, how they are made, and what they really are. Instead of processing the history of products they are selling empty emotional transactional "vibes" essentially trying to emotionally own the transaction. Payment shouldn't be a value The bulk food section is an option with a wide selection though not as many organic options as I'd prefer. The vitamin selection is adequate though I'd prefer to buy medicinal tinctures in larger quantities than available. The vegetarian processed food is too expensive to buy on a budget, non organic, and have way too much oil and salt in them. Most of the brands sold are lecherous and emotionally manipulative. I know they are trying to process their "biblical" beliefs but "killer" bread, "love" cereal, "gold" milk, "Morningstar" vege food, is just garbage.

The space has such a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and it's the kind of place you'll want to take your time exploring. The sandwiches are fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and always worth stopping for. I also love browsing the shop and checking out all of the local goods they carry. It's such a great place to grab something delicious to eat and pick up a little something to take home with you. The employees are always kind, friendly, and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Whether you're visiting Walla Walla for the first time or you're a regular, this is definitely a spot you won't want to miss!

Their staff is friendly and customer oriented. They have lots of interesting munchies (Ex; Truffle potato chips from Spain. Who knew?) and they have local wines by the bottle. In other words they don't try to overdo, and what they do they do really well. We took our sandwiches to a local winery for a picnic to go along with our wine tasting.

Home made corn tortillas, and avocado on the side. You're not going to believe this. $2.50 for my beans, $0.39 each for the tortillas, and $1.50 for the avocado! My meal cost about $5! Husband got a vegetarian burrito. Filled with rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. His cost $6.99 and it was huge! I would come back to Walla Walla just to come to Dora's Deli to eat. The guys behind the counter were super friendly and chatty. I ended up ordering their tomato and burrata sandwich with pesto (which is walnut free, yay!) and it was truly one of the best sandwiches I ever had. I honestly did not expect much going in (I mean, it's in a gas station!) but I was completely blown away. The sandwiches are HUGE, and loaded with fillings, and the bread is fresh-baked ciabatta. I have paid triple the price I paid here (I think my sandwich was like, $12?) for meals that were not a tenth as good. My partner and my MIL were pleased as well. They are both meat-eaters and can attest that this spot does NOT skimp on the meat the way some sandwich shops do. In all, this is a great spot to come in and pick out some stuff for a party spread, and is a must if you are in Walla Walla for lunch. I will definitely be back. Pros * Welcoming feel when you walk through the door. * Family friendly. * Staff are polite and willing to take the time to help you decide especially when you're deciding what to order. * Many customers coming in to order and leaving with a full belly and smiles on their faces (...that's always a good sign ). * The sauce options. I enjoy spice and it's always nice to have many options to enjoy. Cons * During my first visit, I ordered an empanada de pollo. I ranked it a 3 out of 5 due to the chicken wasn't seasoned well. Otherwise, I enjoyed the crispiness of the empanada. * The cashier/order area is a bit crowded and can get congested with customers when it's a bit busy. * No outdoor seating option during the summer months. At this time of this review, it is July 2025. * Staff offering the menu to new customers of other options that are not displayed on screen above the drink fountain area. * Other items to purchase along the back wall is a bit cluttered which could be utilized for other options (e.g., cutlery, extra plates, and the like). Overall, my family enjoys this local business and plan on returning. My rating would have been a 3.5, however with this rating system on Yelp it leaned more towards a 4.
