The prices are okay but the car wash is brushless and seems to be underpowered compared to others in the area since it didn't remove as much debris as other car washes I've tried. It's not totally awful but it's below average and while I might come back if I'm desperate and nearby it isn't my first choice for a car wash.

I go here for convenience only. If I do fill up, five or so gallons max. There's more affordable gas close by, although right now not as much of a gap. To its credit a clean station, and also well illuminated. This is in the Mosaic/Merrifield district of Fairfax. For convenience it's great. The pumps are a cinch to use, and a nice convenience store. I do wish their coffee was tastier, but it's a Sunoco. There is a car wash, that's decent enough for the exterior. You can save a little bit buy buying gas, but at this time not much of a value.

3/5/25 This old man came rolling home…read more Well, not really. I did see; however, this place did add a few new goodies. The subjuct I am talking about is this...gambling. A number of gas stations and grocery stores have added this concept to their repertoire...and from what I have seen, it is very addicting for many people. The slot machines are new to these areas, but they are putting a lot of culos en asientos (Asses in seats). The value of spending a little do here is great if you like candy and gambling. Especially if you are getting your car serviced here too. Aside from this new addition in this gas station some new snacks have been added; as well, as a lot of product as been removed. This is to make room for the slots machines...or whatever the appropriate it is given. The service, atmosphere vibe wasn't so good when I need to get a receipt from a station attendant. The people in the work shop saw me, but we're busy with fixing cars. I understand that. One guy who might have been the manager paid me no mind. He was lost in thought...or so it seems. Finally a female associate showed up. Ms. Chavez (I don't know her name. No name badge worn) greeted me and was able to reprint the receipt I need for my records. I don't expect to be coming back here again, but one never knows do one?

That alone can be a good reason to stop, and for the area it's not the lowest gas prices. Yet it can be competitive, and certain days/times it's less expensive. There's a lot of room to maneuver here. Having a big SUV or truck, is no problem at all. The employees are friendly. As for the store it's limited, and convenience store pricing, which is no surprise. If in the area, look at your gas saving apps to see where this is.

They completed the inspection on the same day. There was a line of cars to be serviced so had to leave instead of waiting at the place. There was a mixup (IIRC gas station attendant recorded wrong model of car for my name and phone number but not sure why I didn't write that) so had to call the place two hours later to confirm ready for pickup. Got gas there after picking up and something was wrong with the nozzle of the pump on the southwest corner of the station (had some fuel in when picked up and didn't shut off immediately).

I called ahead to see how long a wait would be for a simple 2-year VA emissions test. They said there was only one car in the inspection bay, so I quickly drove over. Surprisingly I was greeted as I arrived and they knew that I had called. I waited about 20 minutes while the car being inspected in the inspection bay was finished up. My car emissions test was efficiently executed, so I decided to try them out again and had them conduct the VA annual inspection on another one of our vehicles. The inspection was very thorough, but fair. There were five legitimate minor deficiencies (three bulbs, a wiper blade, & the battery hold-down clamp was missing). The certified VA State inspector (and owner) was especially thorough and articulate in describing the deficiencies and clearly annotated them on the inspection sheet. I was impressed. They are clearly very convenient for those of us who live nearby or work at the Inova Hospital. I suggest you try them out; they appear to be honest, helpful, highly proficient, and very convenient. Too bad their gas prices are usually more expensive than most, but they are a convenient lifesaver in a pinch.

Called ahead to ensure I could get my oil changed. Was told sure come in we are NOT that busy. I…read morewas gifted a Groupon so I used it to get an oil change. I work in VA but live in MD so my drive thru as about 25-30 minutes. I get to location and inform them that I'm there for an oil change. I was told to park car by glass doors and come in. I stood in line for over 20 mins while salesperson kept pressing the customer before me to get work done on his car. Asking the customer if his JOB is more important than his car. He kept hounding the customer to get the work done today and was adamant about it being done asap. The customer stated they had to come back another day due to work. The customer I believe got a diagnostic done on the car because they were discussing several things that needed to be done. The customer wanted to take the diagnostic report with him so it could show the breakdown down of work and the charges. The sales person refused to allow the customer to have it. Now if a person PAYS for a diagnostic done on a car then they also pay for the report from that diagnostic. So again after waiting 20-30 minutes in line it was finally my turn. I tell the same sales person I'm here for an oil change and I had a Groupon. As soon as he heard Groupon his entire attitude and demeanor changed. He then states I would have to leave my car because they won't be able to get to my car until 5pm/6pm and I had arrived at 10am. There was ONE car in the bay. Why would you have me stand in line for almost 30 minutes if YOU couldn't get to my car right away? I explained how far I drove and that I called ahead. He kept cutting me off. So I told him I would report him to Groupon and let Groupon know how he treats customers with Groupon. If you're upset that customers are using Groupon then don't partner with Groupon. I go to my car and immediately report him be the business to Groupon. As I'm reporting one of the mechanics comes out to my car and says they are ready for my oil change. I explained what the sales person said and he was even confused because he said they had space in the bay for another car and that they weren't busy and could do the oil change. Not a good experience as a first time customer and I will never be back. Very unprofessional and they pressure people to commit to the work needing to be done right then and there. Went to another location 10 mins away and was treated with professionalism, respect, integrity and honesty.
