He wasn't in a wreck, truck just wouldn't start. He asked what it cost and was told "if you have insurance then you don't have to worry about it". Then, after presenting it as "help," they hit him with contracted rotation pricing, charging over $300 just to hook up his pickup and move it into the parking lot next door. I understand rotation pricing in an emergency or urgent situation, but this was completely taking advantage of a young kid. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

The battery had about a day's worth of power; took the car to a real mechanic & they confirmed A BAD BATTERY was sold to me. ($490 service btw) Now it's pulling teeth to even get someone to answer the phone. And when they have answered, they hang up immediately... Apparently the battery has a warranty, but they want me to pay AN EXTRA $150+ to come & replace the battery (which my mechanic has offered to replace for free). Terribly run/managed company; hopefully the battery issue is resolved soon...
