Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever used. Car wash unit doesn't even offer soap for basic wash. No touch less option. The little dryer also doesn't do its job. Car will be left with streaks by the time you go in and leave. read more

Very easy to pull up to get gas and there's an additional 20 cents off per gallon if you purchase a carwash. The cashier on duty was helpful and explained how to use the carwash. The carwash cleaned the dirt off the car but the drying was not perfect. Clean place to fill up overall and we like how it's right next to Whole Foods. read more

This is a typical Shell Gas station which has a drive through car wash , normally don't write on stock locations but this one has its good and bad. Overall if you need gas, okay place to stop. But consider this Good - staff has always been very friendly - the are dealing with COVID is a positive way - car wash is pretty good ( but see price below ) - prices in the small store they have seem to be mostly reasonable Improvements - the prices for gas here is higher than most locations , at times notice .25 per gallon or more up , compared to a 3 mile radius - Car wash is expensive , too was almost 14 dollars but this is Silicon Valley , however still higher than most locations - Although 24 hour pumps , the car wash is not. The problem is if you don't remember and miss the close time , the pump allows you to pay but the wash is closed. Update: I contacted corporate with my car damage issue and then this franchise manager,old Asian woman called me. She demanded that I apologize for this review,take the review down and then go to the court. Money grabbing, irresponsible creature! Corporate has their system in place to deal with this so doing that first and I will have my car restored. Old Asian lady, I assume the manager argued that it must be from before for the dealership. IT'S A BRAND NEW CAR. At first the wash didn't work well, it cleaned the back half only. Man at the desk argued that I moved my car, which I didn't because engine was off. They gave another one and that wash created scratches on the hood. Clearly from the motion of the flaps that supposed to clean the car. On top of that, car has huge water stains and front (headlights, grill etis still not washed at all. The worse customer service ever at this location. I got a car wash for $13.99 and it did not dry the vehicle at all. No signs were posted that you must stay still for the dryer to work or anything. Once I excited a older lady said I didn't follow instructions for the wash so either I can leave or I can dry my vehicle. No option for a re-wash or anything. Worse service ever. read more

Horrible Customer Service! I've never experienced such rude behavior from a Gasoline attendant who doesn't care about anybody. I stopped by this Shell location since we were in the vicinity after grubbing at Wingstop and my wife's car needed some gas. The company was offering a deal that states if you fill up at least 10 gallons of gas, you receive one complimentary lift ticket to participating ski resorts for a limited time. I put the gas nozzle in the tank and it filled up to 9.957 gallons. I printed the receipt and brought it to the old Indian guy and he said 'too bad, you should've squeezed it more.' The last time I did that to my wife's car, it ended up in the shop because "topping off" causes too much air pressure and damage to our particular car. Luckily, our service adviser corrected the problem without damage to my wallet in the past. Bastard! I walked out of the convenience store pissed off and rudely commented on his attitude and behavior. I hope he has something bad coming to him soon. Someone needs to teach him a good lesson about being nice to people. I'm never going back to this location. If you do have the hankering to pump at this location, use your debit/credit card, pump and leave. Do not interact with the attendant. You've been forewarned. read more

One of the gas pumps here is faulty. I was unable to use it, no gas out of it even after trying several times. Cashier in the 7-11 says, "Just push it with more force". I did, but to no avail. Another employee then comes over to help. After the tank is filled, the pipe abruptly falls down, spilling gas on my shoes and the floor. The employee comes to inspect and deflects the blame on me - you should have held the pump/pipe. I have not found the need to hold it when I'm topping the tank, this has not happened before. I stopped into this shell gas station during a long trip. Just needed a quick fill up and use of the restroom. Started filling up with gas and asked attendant for the restroom. he said "we don't have a restroom" i asked him where do you go? and he directed me across the shopping center to the whole foods. I came into the gas station with my child who desperately needed to go to the bathroom (special needs child and he was crying that he needed to go). They said no. It takes a special kind of insensitive jerk to refuse a kid who is clearly in discomfort (and who clearly has special needs). Nobody reviews gas stations because you can pretty much pull up to any one of them, stick in your credit card, and fill your tank. However, this Shell has some good service. They will always turn on the air machine for free, and they always say "Good luck" when you buy your lottery ticket. Prices are pretty good for this strip of Stevens Creek. My default gas station in the area. Have not looked for other gas stations, but it's usually a few cent$ cheaper than my local Shell, so I don't mind filling up. The only bad thing is that it's sometimes hard to get back out onto Stevens Creek, because of the oncoming traffic. Have to exit on Stelling and make a U-turn. read more

Dear Management, I had a very stressful situation at your gas station today 10/03. I went there to use the car wash, after pulling up to the machine it turned out it does not take credit cards. Imagine there was a long line of cars behind me so I went to the register to purchase the code and there was no one in front of it or anywhere around for about 10 minutes. I was looking for anyone to help me and at the same time people behind me were getting stressed. Not sure why so many complain about the car wash. I come here often as it's near my home and works fine. Clean, friendly staff, quick. It's a gas station nothing too fancy. I bought a car wash and the receipt said it would expire on 6/6/17. I went to get the car wash on 6/5/17 and the attendant said it's expired because of the time I purchased the car wash. Load of bull... Receipt says "Expires on 6/06/2017" I asked him to just give me the wash I paid for and he refused. I'm going to bring this to the small claims court. read more

In general, Shell gas is a bit more expensive than other gas stations; however, I feel like the quality of the gas at Shell helps improve the performance of my car. I recommend signing up for the Shell card because it can help lower your price on gas and there are other benefits that you can learn more about on their website. This particular Shell station is right next to a Whole Foods, and the workers are really helpful and friendly. Also, I've noticed that this station tends to have the best gas prices compared to other Shell stations in neighboring cities. I would give the business minus one star. I filled up the tank and paid $7.99 for a car wash. Followed the green light and moved the car forward until red stop light shown. Stop the car. The the sign says "deposit incomplete" and does nothing else. Drove through and found the gas station owner and explained the situation. He went inside and came out said the gas station and car wash did nothing wrong, you did not move your car forward enough, so if you want to get the car wash, you have to pay again. I explained that the car did not get washed and I followed the light instruction and ask him if I can have the car washed. He had the nerve to say F*** you and walked away. As a De Anza College student I thought it would be convenient for me to get gas at this place since it is the closest one to school. Everybody complains about gas prices but this station's prices were insanely high, but of well i decided to just get enough to get me to a BETTER gas station. However, as I was paying for overpriced gas the cashier/owner of the station must have misunderstood what kind of gas I needed. While I patiently waited he let out a huge fart and I am not even kidding. My first thought was I hope nobody lights a match, followed by thinking what if there is an accidental spark. The intensity with which he ripped one must have filled the building at least up to half. I quickly ran out trying my best to not breath. ZERO stars. Just like everyone else here. The old Indian man was very rude. I have purchase gas from this location before because it is right next to my college, De anza. I needed air for my slow leaking tire. I waited patiently in line to ask of the air to be turned on. He told me "Air and water only if you buy gas or products" I began to say in a calm manner "I believe that California law..." and before he would let me speak, he yells at me in front of other customers, "You don't buy gas, you don't get air or water!" I then calmly say "Okay, I'll go ahead and call someone about this." I was very upset at his reaction. I went online and found the California free air and water bill. Through I did not purchase gas at that Shell on that day, I have purchase gas and products from them before and no where on the California free air and water bill does it state I needed to purchase gas on the same day I needed air for my wheel. I spoke to another student who was refused air even after he purchase gas. I have filed a Legal complaint with CA.GOV regarding this Shell Station. I have contacted Shell and also file a complaint. The last thing I would like to ask is for everyone to avoid THIS shell station and drive less then a block to fill up your tank. It was 9:34pm Sunday night. My passengers were my 96 yr old grandpa, my mom and sister. I gased up my car and thought I should clean my dusty dew sprinkled window and rid the left half of my hood of prominent purple bird poop from parking under a tree. After squeegeeing all my windows, I started soaking the purple bird poopie with the squeegee sponge. Then I started doing my windshield again. Suddenly I hear someone come up behind me. It was the gas station attendant- a middle aged lady. She tells me "You can not use the squeegee on your car, only on windows". I'm too stunned to reply with anything but a "oh..." But wtf? as soon as she turned her back, I spitefully gave my hood another go with the squeegee. Firstly- if I want to ruin my 12 yr old crv hood with a squeegee- that's on me. Secondly- what's it to Shell if they have to replace a squeegee? Are squeegees the new gold? How much are we all paying for gas again? Thirdly- would she have stepped out of her *security booth* to tell a customer that at 9:30pm Sunday night if I were not a small youngish looking gal, but some big bad dude with a car full of rowdy friends, being that we were the only people at the gas station on an empty street? Are they afraid I'm going to clean my entire car with a squeegee? (which I've done in my poor college student days- and no one ever said a thing about it, and which I could understand if there were lines of cars waiting to fill up and I was washing my car with the squeegee). If its a Shell policy- I'd like to see it written and posted on the Squeegee Bin. Otherwise- don't be stingy, and please have the consistency to tell that to every customer. I will most definitely be sharing my opinion with Tell Shell at Shell's website. And I will not be going back to this Shell even if I'm at empty and have to drive another 20 miles to the next station. read more

I always prefer this gas station to others--I don't exactly know why. It's an easy to access location, not against super busy streets, although along main thoroughfares. Sometimes theirs a wait if you want to go inside and pay cash, this girl was ahead of me and buying up cigarettes with her friend and a few lighters, while also getting gas, and there was a slight issue and the cashier was on the phone for a bit but the "problem" was fixed. No big deal. The cashier was really nice at least. Great gas station!!! read more
