This place has decent prices majority of the time but the pump is super slow more often than not. The pumps also says "See Cashier" a lot, and we know what happens next when you don't feel like going to see the cashier. However it is in my Upside app so I frequently stop by. read more

The mechanics and the people in the store are always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they have a lounge that is clean. Terrible service, told me my car would be finished way faster than it actually was multiple times. I came in for a simple 1 hr job they found something wrong told it would take 45 more minutes. terrible customer service, they don't prioritize the job or take into account time. you will be here for 1 week for them to properly diagnose your car while also spending the money to pay for all these various random repairs. They overcharge you and you pay full price for parts while they buy it used and cheap at discount online shops. The parts are no good and they are just in it for the money. If you set at appointment for a $500 job they prioritize a $20 oil change for 2 hours while you have to come back a week later. That is if the part is even good. I would recommend going to a reputable place where they aren't going the extra mile to find issues with your car, charge you, but never fix it or you come back with more issues. read more

I came in for an inspection told them it was my first time but I know a lot of things about cars and my car came off the lot so I guess me telling them it was my first time they were going to and money grab me so my fresh off the lot car they tried to say I needed to take my tints off when I know marylands legal limit they failed my inspection over "bad tires and an alignment" when my alignment WAS NOT bad and my tire tread WAS NOT at the point where I needed new tires and tried to charge me 500 for front tires and alignment and 1000 for all tires and alignment so they really just had me come in there to fail my off the lot car for 100$ read more

Did work I did not request, replacing tag lights (But see EDIT below). Maybe they had to replace them because they are a state inspection station? But I might have been able to do that myself. Charged more than phone estimate. Said that was because he forgot to include something when making the estimate. When I left the car the service manager wasn't there. Later, he called with an estimate, but I could not understand his accent very well. (Because of that accent, it is possible he actually told me they would replace the lights.) I will not return to this place. On the plus side, the mechanic told me I could save money by buying my own oil and filter, so I saved about $50 on that. EDIT: The service manager called me after seeing this review. It is possible he tried to make good, and may or may not have offered a partial refund, though I still couldn't really understand his accent. He did say he didn't have to replace the tag lights because they are an inspection station, because I didn't come in for an inspection. He said he would have asked me whether I wanted that repair when he initially called. So it is possible that was an misunderstanding on my part. I suppose I should not have left a car when the service manager wasn't there. It had not occurred to me I might not understand his accent. I admit I have trouble understanding some accents that are a great deal different from my own, especially over the phone when the connection is a little bad. read more

Worst service station EVER. I went here to get my tire patched and I'm sure they made the whole bigger. After 45 mins, they told me it was all done while I CAN HEAR THE AIR COMING OUT of my tire and they attempted to charge me 30 bucks for 2 patches (only 1 patch worked!!). Needless to say, I ended up getting a new tire the next day. I went here because it was the closest gas station when I got my flat tire and will NEVER GO BACK. read more

I would not recommend going to this location for the MD state inspection. The representative had difficulties clearly stating all the items that needed to be addressed during the first visit, even after several follow up questions. Moreover, items were omitted from the carbon copy form I used as a reference to address the issues. During my return visit, the Inspector provided more direction and recommended addressing fog lights (for the first time). After addressing the fog lights, it was extremely difficult to reschedule a visit (5-7days wasted - due to inspector cancellation, emergency, day off work etc.) and I ultimately told that I had pay for a full Inspection (again). It didn't sit well with me that a customer is being charged/penalized for what was essentially communication and scheduling conflicts. No effort was made to make up for the back and forth and do the inspection for no charge, either. Poor experience. read more

I've been coming here for almost 10 years, and with the exception of one accidental mishap which was perfectly rectified, I have gotten nothin but great service and work done to my car. I've been going to this service station for more than two years. I have an beloved old car and they've kept it on the road with integrity, ingenuity and good value. Service Manager Josh is a great communicator and very fair. Owner Ali is not above dealing with the mundane details. Master mechanic Muhammad is a magician. They've been honest and clear in telling me what I needed to do immediately and what I should do soon when I had the money. I've always felt like I got my money's worth. Tips for dealing with them: They don't take appointments. If possible, bring your car in first thing in the morning early in the week. Give them a few days if you're not in a hurry. Avoid Fridays and Saturdays. The after-hours cashier staff are hit-or-miss -- OK for after-hours pickup and pay, but after-hours cashier told me they didn't allow after-hours dropoffs, which was incorrect. I will continue to take my car here with confidence. read more

I love this service station!!! I'm not sure if the above comments are about this station or a similar station down the street but I've gotten my car services here and absolutely love everything about this place!!! The staff is super nice and the mechanics are very knowledgeable, they have all of their certification displayed to public so that def made me feel even more comfortable since I drive a lexus I'm very careful as to who touches my car. To top it all of they were very affordable and really the front desk person really helped to keep my repair bill in a good range. They beat all written estimates!!! I would not recommend taking your car to this service station. I recently took my car here to get it serviced. The technician was extremely unprofessional. He left to run an errand while I waited. I found him on the phone with his wife or his girlfriend, and I would peer in the window and find him laughing and smiling while on the phone. He told me he would not work on my car if I did not know what calendar day it was (I had to double-check the date on my calendar). He was rude and condescending. He was inappropriate, and the service took more than 2.5 hours to perform. With the glut of car repair facilities in the area, I would absolutely recommend taking your vehicle to another service station, and completely avoid this facility. read more
