Can I just pick them up myself now?" She was upset she had to cancel the delivery order. Made me feel like it was MY FAULT that they didn't deliver it?!? What is going on? And also need to say good things about 2 of your overnight cashiers.... Jerry, and Nina. I mostly pop in there after my late shifts at work. So, I see them quite frequently. Usually for cat food, or cigarettes. Nina is very welcoming, warm, and friendly. Always patient. Such a Sweetie. And Jerry is the same. I told him earlier when I came in (for cat food). That he should be a psychiatrist. I overheard a customer "spilling his heart out" about something personal. And Jerry said... "it's ok, buddy. Just move past it, and do what you have to do".
