We drove in to use the car wash as there was no line. After I paid we moved into the wash but it…read moredid not pull the car forward as indicated. I eventually pulled forward as the doors nearly closed on my car and then had to drive through as the car wash shut off. On exit I noticed it ripped my left tire and reported this to the attendant, which responded this happens a lot but you lucky as the valve normally gets ripped off and your did not. I now have $500 damage and waiting for them to call me after filling in a damage report. No response from them.
