Average nothing was a wow. Tried to get three different beers but they were all out. Service was ok, had to ask a few times for refills. Our food order came out before my beer. The staff was really nice just a bit slow and the restaurant wasn't busy during lunch time. Tried the hombre burger, it was nothing memorable. The poke nachos were fantastic. The restaurant was clean, nice and spacious

Whenever we are on the central coast, we always find time to stop here and enjoy a tasty brew. Located in Shell Beach and right off Highway 101. The area is residential so no water views but the vibe here is laid back and very chill. The beer list is extensive and the appetizers are good. We like the poke nachos to complement our drinks. There is the bar area and a larger dining area. For brewskis, I love the Karl Strauss Red Trolley Ale and the Big Sky Moose Drool Brown Ale. We have always received good service and this brewery attracts mainly locals. Parking can be a challenge but we have got lucky twice and pulled right up front. Happy Hour is Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 6:00pm.

MAR2025 We came in since the place was near the hotel and we were meeting up with a group. Service was attentive and helped with any questions we had. Water refills and check ins frequent. I think the only difficulty we had with arriving was a small parking lot and multiple cars in this case. The space is really open inside the restaurant with plenty of area to spread out. I had gotten the veggie options I could with the brussel sprouts, a beet salad, and a side of veggies which ended up being broccoli. Everything was made and plated well. The beet salad was pretty good, though a little imbalanced as far as ingredients and wanted a bit more from it. Cooked veggies were what you'd expect. The brussel sprouts were the best part though. Well cooked, nicely seasoned, the flavor was on point through out. I'd come back just for the brussel sprouts really, though not a terrible amount of vegetarian options to be frank.

We came in at the end of a long day. Our server was a little confused, but he got the job done. We placed a drink order and I asked what ciders they had, he didn't know, but said he'd find out. He brought the rest of our drinks out and I asked about the cider. He said he forgot. We started with some cheese curds. They were fantastic. Lightly breaded and cooked well. I got the truffle burger, the review would have been 4 stars but the server ignored my request for no onions in the burger. Honestly the onion flavor detracted from the burger, it would have been great if they had made it like I asked. We also had to wake repeatedly for napkins and mayo. The server couldn't multi task. Hopefully they can help train him up. The back of house out performed the front of house. Lousy service, great food.

We came here so my husband could watch the game, and it was a good choice! The bar and dining area both have a good amount of TVs for anyone wanting to watch whatever game they want. The menu looked great, so we decided to eat here. It's a big restaurant, with an outdoor area. We used the street parking across from the business. When seated, to start we had the cheese curds as our appetizer, which are phenomenal. We could have easily ordered two of them. For my entree, I had the ahi salad and my husband had the nachos. The nachos had the best cheese (beer cheese?) which is actually what we prefer on nachos. The ahi salad was good and refreshing. I think the ahi was a touch overcooked but it was still really good. It had a really delicious sesame crust, which I loved. Service was quick and friendly. Would definitely come here again and try more of the menu!

Nice brewery in Shell Beach where the locals hang out. Good crowd for a Sunday. We had the nacho with Carnitas it was ok and the house brewery burger. Burger was very flavorful and juicy. Girlfriend had a beer and said it was good.

We stopped here before hitting Avila Beach. The food...traditional pub house burger, I got it without tomato and onion and it was the best I've had in a long time, the Pubcheese mustardish concoction on it was just right!! The service was excellent from the bartender, Sangria was delicious, perfect blend. My wife who is a super taster and doesn't like 90% of the foods she eats, loved the tacos carnitas and chicken! This's a good spot to stop if you're in town, nearby or just passing through.

The service was very good. Never refilled waters. The food was tasty, would make small changes with the burrito bowl, not sure what meat options were available to add to this, I didn't ask. But I was add shrimp a citrus wedge to zest up the bowl. Maybe some of those tortilla strips that come on the Baja salad and some other burrito toppings.. it looks fine at first photo but after eating it I can say it's mostly rice. It tasted good but the portions were off. Too much rice. I like how chill the seating area is. There are tvs to watch the games but there's not overly loud and in your face. I didn't get the name of our server but she was awesome! Overall really good job guys! Thank you

Our food was served pretty quickly after each other, but we did notice that the cheeseburger still hadn't arrived. We asked about it and the server apologized and let us know it was missed. The cheeseburger was delivered pretty late into the meal and when the rest of us were almost done with our appetizers. For the food, everything was okay. The tartare I felt was pretty small. The tenders were my favorite part of the meal and what everyone agreed was the best.

Seemed to close early, 8pm, for a brewery, but I guess it's a quieter area. Arrived past 7, hoping we can still get food and we were still good for food and beer! Ms. Kristie was so efficient and friendly and awesome, hustling back and forth from reception to seating and dropping by to check on all the patrons. Like a one woman show! I went for the Peanut butter falcon since I like a good brown beer. The peanut butter was initially nice, but it kinda became tiring as the sips went along, since peanut butter seemed a bit much over the beer. Got wife the German Pilsner and that was excellent! Smooth with a hint of malty sweetness too! I am thinking maybe the Lawn Order blonde ale is probably going to be great as well, but too full from late lunch to consume more than one. For food, went with the birria melt and the salmon salad. Birria melt had some awesome authentic flavors to it! Kid devoured it with the consomme. I enjoyed a quarter of it, but too full, so worked out perfect since kid didn't want to share more either, lol. Salmon salad was perfect! Pan seared on both side for that wonderful crust yet tender goodness. Salad dressing with cherry and almond slices made this salad so enjoyable while staying lighter. Was not expecting such salmon from a brewery, excellent food here! We arrived just minutes after 5pm on a Thursday, with only one group ahead of us -- about a 5-minute wait before we were ushered in. They do check IDs, so bring one, or find somewhere else to drink. After the secret knock and moving a book in the entryway library, the door opens into a 1920s-style bar: heavy, dark wood, and very limited seating, with just 8 seats at the bar and two larger seating areas for groups. I believe our bartender's name was Matt -- the last of the original employees since Eleven Twenty-Two opened eight years ago. He was great, walking my girlfriend through the menu when she asked for recommendations, and sharing some great insight when we asked about the bar's history and the mixology behind the drinks. She started the evening with a Mexican Firing Squad -- very margarita-like, with tequila, lime, house-made grenadine, and Angostura. I wasn't quite as adventurous and wanted to keep things simple, so my first round was a martini, stirred and dry. The fun didn't stop there, since we had 90 minutes to relax before our dinner reservation. Round two was a Slow and Foamy -- a lemongrass- and fennel-infused vodka with egg white. It was an interesting drink; flavors you wouldn't expect to work together, worked together beautifully. It's an in-house creation by the female bartender, whose name I didn't catch. Torn between a Sidecar and a Manhattan, I went with the Sidecar, since I hadn't found a good one anywhere else in Paso. Matt poured a really nice one -- not too sweet, with a sugar-rimmed glass and well-balanced simple syrup. Like every drink that night, it was beautifully balanced. We finished with a Banana Daiquiri -- their unique take on the drink, without the slushy ice or fake banana flavor. This was probably the best drink of the night for both of us, and we shared it. It's not cheap, but a night out for drinks never is. That wouldn't stop me from bringing out-of-town guests here -- they'd love this kind of historical, speakeasy-style setting. I really appreciated the staff's attention and professionalism. We had a great time. Thanks, Eleven Twenty-Two!
